Adam was very professional and has the patience of Jobe ! I bombarded him with questions and emails. Best part is he knew most of the answers but was very clear if he didn't but always researched the correct answer. Even better he responded to long emails with questions very quickly which was even more amazing given my recent car buying experience! He kept me informed as to the pontoon delivery date and was very flexible on pickup time. He even was able to arrange a bunk trailer for us to bring in our trade in for free! He participated in the boat checkout process and added a lot of helpful comments. The pricing at Hallberg beat the competition by miles! They also gave us more for our trade in than the competition! They asked us to leave the keys with the boat and sent us on our way! When we went to pickup the boat and asked for the keys they said they shrinkwrap them IN THE BOAT and said that's what they do, but didn't tell us, the customer who have our trailer lock keys with the boat key! I asked for a discount to buy a new lock and they said, "NO" and that's on a $500plus bill, and that was the "service manager"! Oh, I did sit on hold twice today waiting to check the status of the boat...once for 17minutes, hung up and later for 23 minutes! They did expedite the service today, so that's why I gave them 3 and not 2 stars. Be aware your keys get shrinkwrapped inside and they don't think they need to tell you that!

I brought my boat into the Shakopee facility to have a Ultrex, Mega 360, Mega Live, 2 lithium…read morebatteries, hooked up, and an electrical issue repaired. I gave them a detailed diagram of how I wanted the boat set up. They chose to set it up how they wanted rather than how I wanted it. I was lied to / conned by the maintenance manager. He said I couldn't hook both Mega's to the Solix. I ended up getting $1800 worth of equipment that I didn't need. I had to bring the boat back twice and the Mega's still don't work. Additionally, the work was sloppy. They did not run wire bundles through the wire cannels. They instead attached them to the outside. My boat looks terrible. I was met with arguments and a bad attitude because they screwed up. I paid $196 per hour for substandard work. They don't even respond to emails about the terrible work they performed or try to reconcile it. So far, only the trolling motor works (independent from the One boat Network). I have to bring my boat to another boat repair shop. I need to know the extend of their errored work and have someone else fix their mistakes. I will submit an updated post once the other maintenance folks tell me what else they did wrong. If you value your boat, time, and money, have your boat needs fulfilled elsewhere.
