Just this weekend, I went back to him to retouch an older tattoo that had faded and that I was never really happy with. Will brought it back to life and made it look so much better. I'm seriously stoked with how it turned out. One thing I really notice about his work is how well his black and grey ink holds up. Once it heals, it looks even better. She took her time with me and was very helpful when it came to figuring out which size to go with as well as how the design should be positioned on my skin. She even suggested adding the green behind the letters which I'm glad I said yes to cause it turned out better than what I had originally thought of. I asked a simple, genuine question about whether piercings on each side have any meaning. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly made me hesitant to return. These days it seems like you can't ask anything without someone turning it into something political, and that's not what I came in for. I did go back for a second visit, and that experience was completely different -- much more easygoing. I guess it really just depends on who you get.
