They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.

I drive all the way from Nashville, and all they could do was "order the part again". Uhhh what about my time and gas? It wasn't their problem. I will be letting the joke of a warranty from them run out and will be going somewhere that knows how to communicate with their customers.

Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. Not knowing the area, my quick search found Christian Brothers Automotive nearby and after reading their philosophy I knew this is where we were meant to go. Chris greeted us in as a walk in and served us every step of the way. Our vehicle DID NOT make it easy but Jacob, the technician, worked hard to find the root problem, yay for electrical issues. The communication between Miles and Chris to us along the way made us confident we were in good hands and we weren't going to go down the road hours or days and encounter the issue again, the type of service anyone hopes for when your family's safety is of utmost importance. I cannot remember for the life of me the friendly gentleman manager (had an accent/experienced car guy) who took care of me but he and the secretary there were both very helpful and wonderful people. They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.

So prompt, that I missed the appointment that same day. No problem, I called the service dept. to schedule myself. I was told to take the car to a Cadillac dealership to "diagnose" the problem. and that "anyone would tell you that", which of course, was not true since their own salesman did not tell me that. I was very disappointing in the lack of service. My car is 10 years old and had been consistently and regularly serviced by JJ Service department for ten years never sent to another dealer.

Upon inspection, they found that the water pump had not been installed and secured back to the frame after the motor install and this led to it breaking in the journey to Louisville. I have called these people multiple times I've spoken with multiple people. I have received pushback on everything except for giving them money. They did not stand behind their warranty and they did not fix the car. I am now having to buy a new car because not only is the engine light still on, but the car still does not run, months later. I highly discourage anyone from taking a vehicle to these people to have any work done they will steal your money and leave you with the remnants. I am sure they're gonna have plenty to say about this. If you have questions message me I have Receipts text messages and phone calls. Do not give these people your money.
