Initially we were referred to Dr. Gray because she was having issues focusing in school, but now as we've entered the teenage years I couldn't see me taking her anywhere else. Overall very disappointed in how this office operates. They charge administrative fees for things…read morethat don't align with the services you receive. These fees are not billed to your insurance and do not go towards deductible or out of pocket so it's just money thrown out the window for the doing basic care. Got an actual charge for management of a "controlled substance" when the prescription is NOT a controlled substance. As far as managing said prescription, no one has ever called or asked how it is going, if it is working, or if there are any side effects. Never been charged this at any other pediatric office I've been to including the doctor who first put my child on this medication. If you want to be charged only what your insurance says you should pay then I suggest avoiding this place. In addition, the doctor acts like she has somewhere else the'd rather be and is very short with you. I always thought pediatricians were nice and nurturing but this is very much the opposite. I regret ever coming here.
