Included in that $184 charge, I paid an additional charge for an oil filter, I paid a charge of $9.99 tax to cover the use of the company's equipment such as tools. I was taxed because the company used their tools to do the job. The additional quarts of oil was charged to me as well. A whopping $45 for three quarts of oil. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help.
