Let me start off by saying I've been going here for two years and this is the first time I've had this problem. I picked up my car on Tuesday evening and when I got it home I realized there was a bag missing from behind the driver's seat, a bag of Amazon stuff I was planning to return, worth $45. So I opened up my trunk and realized a suitcase that had an air compressor, a tire repair kit and jumper cables was gone. Both of my bags with camping stuff in them had been rifled through, some of the lanterns had been taken, only the smallest one was left. So obviously my car had been robbed while at Tony's Broadway Auto Repair overnight. I went and filed a police report that night. The next day I called Tony's, told him what had happened, he said he would look at his security footage. I never heard back from him. So I wanted to warn other people about this possibility. Took in a 2005 car that had been out of commission for a while (it had been sitting outside all winter, gathering rust, dust and rodent nests...omg) Tony's auto repair was thorough and detailed in explanation of what repairs needed to be done. Great auto shop that is owned and run by family. Both Father and Son run this place. The garage is only big enough to fit 2 cars. Which is perfect since it's a small family business. The service was prompt and courteous. They know their way around any car and very knowledgeable. When you tell them what problems you're having with the car they are able to identify it right away. The prices were fair and they were honest with everything else on the vehicle. They had also topped off the fluids and checked tire pressure as part of the service which was free of charge. This is also a local dealership under a different name "Driveline Motors" so they have a 2 in 1 deal! Buy a car and bring it back for annual maintenances!
