Great pizza! Sauce is delicious. Garlic knots are good but last time we got them there was no garlic just parm on them. They were also out of calamari and lasagna. We stopped at Tony's while looking for a different restaurant that must have been there previously. We were traveling and starving so we stopped. There was one person working so service was pretty slow, however she was friendly and helpful. We ordered onion rings which were the best part of the whole meal, Mac and cheese bites which were just ok and a meat pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. Both pizzas were fine, nothing special. The lemonade we ordered seemed to be from a mix. It was very watery. The bathroom sink didn't work so we couldn't wash our hands and made me wonder if they cook had access to wash his or hers. The temp in the restaurant was pretty warm and when we wanted to pay to leave it was painfully slow. This was not worth the money and the bathroom experience turned me off completely. read more

We got carry out. The order was ready when they said it would be. The staff is friendly. They offer simple pies. The sauce is tangy and the crust is crispy on the bottom with the perfect thickness. Lots of seating inside and on their deck. Rustic wood paneling, benches and chairs. They serve later than other establishments nearby. read more

Never going there again. Pizza was way too salty, and ridiculously expensive despite claiming it was a "special. I love salt but the container must've fallen in the sauce! Horrible! Called to place an order for pickup and the guy was kind of rude off the bat. Tried ordering some things and they didn't have them available, so I was looking at the menu to pick something else and he asked if I wanted to call back with the rest of my order. He hung up on me. I recommended this diner because my daughter thinks its ok and the pizza is decent. I just ordered a chicken parm hero on toasted garlic bread. So they put some garlic butter on bread, chicken, a spoon of sauce and some cheese ( which was good) then they put it in oven. A sandwhich on toasted garlic bread means you make the garlic bread then build the sandwhich. If that was the only issue, then I'd know for next time to explain better. But... One dinner was chicken marsala. The sauce tasted like.... nothing. No flavor. Then I had lunch. Chicken with lemon sauce. They made the pasta and the barely there sauce tasted like they just mixed oil and squeezed a lemon over it. Tonight's sandwhich was strike 3. Their burger is decent. But no more for me. This is the third time I have been here, never disappointed. Today I had the best meatballs I have had in the Poconos besides my wife's. Ravioli was perfect as was the Alfredo my wife had. We tried three different meals the three we went , all were excellent. We are tough critics coming from Staten Island when it comes to Italian food. Went in mid-July at 1pm ...brought 6 people. The place was EMPTY! EMPTY at lunchtime in the Summer?!?! When it was the Greentown Grill it was always busy. Having a diverse menu that works all day keeps a place packed. But now its pizzeria type foods..which is fine once in a while but not enough to be a regular like in a Diner....no breakfast or real dinners. We did get pizza, it was GOOD, and the service is GOOD and folks are nice. But we only went ONCE in our 2 week vacation....when it was the Greentown Grill ...a diner..we went at least 6 or 7 times in 2 weeks..for breakfasts...and dinners. read more

I have ordered here about six times since they have opened and the service has always been subpar. I believe in giving new businesses a chance to iron out the kinks. Each time I have been there has been a substantial wait which I was made aware of each time coming in which is fine I don't mind waiting. This last interaction happened to be with a woman who claimed to be part owner of this new establishment, told me my order should be ready in about 35-45 minutes after calling in my order for pick up. After considering the establishments reputation for long wait times and what seemed like a woman's flustered busy tone on the other end of the phone I decided to wait to pick up my order for an hour. When I arrived I waited about five minutes before being greeted by anyone then asked to pay. After I paid for my order I was informed "It will be ready in a few minutes". I sat down and waited. She helped some other costumers took a table's order, which their appetizers were delivered. 25 minutes passed before I asked a gentleman that did not speak English how long until my order would be ready because I had to be somewhere else in just a few minutes. She heard from the kitchen and came out to yell at me that she was the only one working front and back and I was being impatient. A group of people who were waiting to be sat had then walked out instead of staying. I would have happily gone to pick up my children while I waited for my food if I had known she had not even started cooking it an hour after I had ordered and it would be more than 30 minutes I would be sitting in the restaurant waiting. The "partial owner" had also misinformed me over the phone on what my order had included because she didn't know. She did not provide me with a receipt or any compensation for the overall long wait just told me that I don't need to come back. From someone that has plenty of food service experience this was extremely unprofessional and disappointing and the last chance Tony's had to make a decent impression on me. Good luck on your ten year lease. If you can't keep locals happy you won't be successful. read more

Unbelievably bad. They seated us and took our order, and 45 minutes later, no sign of any food. I asked them to wrap it up for takeout and paid, but still no food after another 15 minutes. She multiple times told us the order was under way, but it never happened. Finally I said just give us what you have, and she said no, they can't do that, so we left with no food and they kept our money. read more

I thought we were going to Greentown Grill but GPS took us to Tony's instead. We weren't in the mood for pizza however the menu offered subs, burgers, and entrees as well. I had Chicken Parmigiana and it was excellent. My husband had Tony's Super Sub and he said it was quite tasty and full of meat. Our server was very attentive and excellent as well. read more

my first time going there will never go there again the waitress was horrible then I order onion rings they give me 7 I was like your charging me 6 bucks for 7. never heard of this before so when the pizza came she forgot to give us plates. and the best part I had to ask 4 times for our drinks. never again worse place I have been too in a long time read more
