Oh where do I start? Where? This place is notorious for taking an eternity for even filling up a large soda. I called in at 7pm to place an order and this is where it all goes south. The girl who picked up asked for the typical info like name and number but wouldn't allow me to finish before interrupting. It took much longer to place an order for an Italian Stromboli and large pizza than it should have. To add salt to the wound she hung up on me before even confirming the order. I called back and she was as confused as I was. Got her to confirm and she said 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to be ready. I rolled through at 8:40pm giving them an extra 25 minutes but guess what? To nobody's surprise my order was still in queue. I asked the girl at the counter and she said it'll be done in a minute. I got my cash out (no credit cards) to pay and as she was ringing it out I looked at the back and there was no chance my order was about to be up. I then asked 5 times, and not less than 5 times, in person to the cashier how much longer because they close at 9pm. I looked her dead in the eye and said give me my money back and I'll pay when it's ready. This is what got me. She must be hard of hearing because I asked 3 times for my money back and she said "it's easier this way" and gave me my change. They have no idea how customer service works, or basic human communication work I don't know how this business think a transaction works but I am not going to pay until I get what I ordered. At this point I was not going to argue with a deaf person so I decided to wait it out til they close. After sitting in the car for an additional 30 minutes my order was finally ready. The pizza itself is decent but the stromboli is all cheese with barely any meat as you can see in the pictures. They need to structure their flow in the kitchen better. If you go you will witness just how frazzled everybody is trying to fulfill orders that their 1 small oven simply cannot accommodate. read more

The stromboli is the best item on the menu, but it's hit or miss depending on the day. Plus the wait is too long for the quality of the food. Even for just a pizza, it can take up to 2 hours for it to be ready. You'll need to add at least 20 minutes onto whatever pickup time they give you as it's never ready when they say it is. Totally understand the mom and pop nature of the shop, however that doesn't excuse poor organization, lack of staffing and bad customer service. It's a shame as it's the closest option to The Hideout with a large consumer base, they could be making so much money if they had better business skills. read more

Definitely one of the best places to get pizza and Stromboli in the area. The pizza is is big and thin like Ny style which is one of my favorite styles of pizza. The salads are good also. Just moved here in January. Ordered from them 3 times spending between $35-my recent $63 purchase. Food isn't bad... but customer services is POOR. I arrived a few minutes earlier Than told and my food was already done! Wow! I was so happy ...and hungry! I live 8 minutes away and I got home only to find ALL my food was cold ! Kids starving eat I popped it all in the oven.This being the second issue I had with them I decided to call . When I asked why my food was cold when I arrived early for it and only lived 8 minutes away the young lady told me she didn't know... so I asked if she could find out? Show up 36 mins later(checked phone on when I called) ...we were told way to early told to wait. Wind up having Ham on pizza, and shorted us a fries. Didn't want to ask for our other fries it may have taken another 30 mins. Food is not terrible. Nothing special though. No credit or debit wish is a pain sometimes. No hairnets which I've never had a hair in my food but would not surprise me in the least. I used to work retail, customer service for years. I can relate to having a bad day and dealing with people but these people must be either constantly dealing with something or need an attitude adjustment. I understand they post on their menu allow an hour for stromboli, which is crazy as well, but for pizza it just shouldn't be that long. I was told once when I arrived (5 mins. after it was supposed to be done) that I was early and I had to wait even longer, that right there speaks to their service. Time management skills are important when running a business and it seems she is a micro manager and a bit of a controlling person since it's always a question when the order will be ready when you call. The last order I placed, or tried to place, was denied due to weather conditions. It was an over $80 order and we were willing to give a cc number but since they don't take cards she said she didn't want to complete the order because we "might not show up."
