¡NO VAYAS, EL PEOR LUGAR DE TODOS! Hice una cita para mi coche porque pensé que lo que estaba mal con mi coche era el motor de arranque. Después de 30 minutos lo dejé, la chica de la oficina me llamó preguntando por qué pensé que el problema era el motor de arranque, luego mencionó que podían hacer un diagnóstico en mi coche para ver si era eso o no. Bueno, una hora después me llamó diciendo que mi coche estaba listo. Pregunté si el problema era el motor de arranque y ella mencionó que sí. Cuando fui a recogerlo, mi coche seguía teniendo el mismo problema, así que mencionó que el dueño iba a salir a ver mi coche. Después de hablar con el DUEÑO, él me dijo que cuando escuchó mi coche, se dio cuenta de que había algo más mal y que el motor de arranque estaba en perfectas condiciones, pero aun así reemplazó mi motor de arranque y me cobró 430 dólares. ¡Le dije que la chica me había dicho que iban a hacer un diagnóstico, pero aparentemente no lo hicieron! Lo que más me enojó fue el hecho de que el dueño sabía que mi motor de arranque no era el problema y aun así lo reemplazó y me cobró.¡El dinero que podría haber usado para solucionar el problema de mi coche! Habría estado bien si me cobraran por la mano de obra porque trabajaron en mi coche y fueran honestos diciéndome que no era el motor de arranque y no lo reemplazaran, ¡pero todo lo que quieren allí es quedarse con tu dinero! I made a appointment for my car because I thought what it was wrong with my car was my starter after 30 minutes i dropped it off the girl from the office called me asking why i thought the issue was the starter then she mentioned they can run a diagnose on my car to see if it was that or not well an hour later she calls me my car was ready I asked so the issue was the started she mentioned yes , when i went to go pick it up my car the same issue of my car it had so she mentioned the owner was going to come outside to my car after speaking to the OWNER he told when he heard my car he figured it was something else wrong with it that the starter was in perfect condition but he still went ahead and replace my starter and charge me $430 dollars !! I told him  the girl told me they were going to run a diagnose on it but apparently they did not what makes me so mad was the fact that the owner new my starter was not issue and still replaced it and took my money , the money i could've used to use towards what was the issue on my car !!  I would've been okay if they charge me for labor because they work on my car and be honest with me telling me it wasn't my starter and not replaced it but all they want there is to take your money ! Did the work they were asked to do, but charged way too much. Had some electrical issues with my car. I called another shop I deal with regularly, & they said for electrical issues, they recommend Tony's. I should have known better after I had to make several calls before reaching the business, even after I left a message. I described the issue. I also told the guy on the phone that it seemed most likely to be a fuse issue and/or a voltage regulator. Dropped in off Monday at 8 AM; I got a call later in the day asking about the issue with the car, and that the technician had been trying to get the car to do what the problem was "but couldn't find anything." I explained (for the 3rd time) to the guy on the phone exactly what the issue was, and that it only took place when I started the car, so a test drive wasn't going to reveal anything else. No call by the end of the day. No call the next morning. I called them later in the day; the issue had been located located & repaired. It was a fuse. Cost me a hundred bucks (and two days w/o y car) to confirm what I told them in the first place. (I was told the technician "had to look for what the problem was " and they had to charge me for an hour's labor. I will not be back. read more

I would rate it even lower if possible. I feel they totally took advantage of my parents who are elderly and live on a limited budget. Had to have additional work done because they didn't install a clutch properly. Didn't let my mom know she would be charged for them towing her vehicle when she told them she had AAA. Towing plus a battery they were already told did not need replacing. Wouldn't advise to anyone! read more

Our regular mechanic referred us to Tony's after determining that he didn't have the tools to replace an intake manifold gasket. We had our vehicle towed there and were given roughly a $400 estimate. The next day they called saying there was an additional $250 worth of work that needed to be done, without really giving us the option to decline the work. So a couple of days later, when it was ready to pick up and after leaving work early to get there before they closed, we get to go into the office for the first time. It's at this point that we're told that they do not do payments at all what so ever, even though our total was way more than the original estimate. We were also informed that they do not accept checks at all what so ever and really prefer cash. Cash for a $650 job? No. We wanted to have some sort of proof from our bank that we'd paid them. This forced us to leave our vehicle with them for a couple of more days until payday. When we went to pick up our vehicle for now the second time, they did begrudgingly take our debit card. They inform us our keys are in our vehicle. Again, what? We don't even leave the keys in our vehicle in our garage at our own home. When we went to start up our vehicle, the battery was so dead, it wouldn't turn over and the gages didn't even light up. REALLY? They jumped it and said they'd leave it on a charger for an hour and to come back AGAIN. Third time's a charm. We finally got our vehicle back. Lo and behold, they'd broken the seat adjustment thing. We realized this right as we were driving off the lot. Most people would say that's no big deal but one person who drives that vehicle is 5'3 and the other is 6'5. Yes, that's something we use regularly and NEED. We went back because seriously, this is bullshit. They did finally agree to fix it but the OWNER was like 'Well, I didn't work on it so I don't know if it was broken when it was brought in or not so I dunno.' I really got the vibe that there was some racism going on. We're white, the owner and his mechanics are Mexican. My husband's Mexican, but of course he wasn't with us. They said that they don't usually leave keys in vehicles (yes, I did check the other vehicles in the lot but ours was the only one with keys left in it) and they didn't usually break things and they didn't usually treat their customers so poorly. I guess we were the exception and from the vibe they gave off, because every other customer's hispanic and we're not. Oh, and the owner's daughter is the receptionist. She was rude every time we called and really, even without the shoddy work, has the potential to run the business into the ground on her own. I was making my long commute from Yakima to Eastern Oregon on Monday morning the 25th of Jan 2016. Driving down the road I had the battery light come on, followed by the ABS light, followed by the airbag light all within a few minutes. Then a few minutes later the radio went out as well as the heat. I decided I better pull off on the Sunnyside exit and pull into the Chevron station. After calling and confirming with a few gear head friends I determined that it was the alternator. So I began making calls from the gas station to local shops. It was Tony's shop that had someone answer the phone. He mentioned that Tony wasn't in yet, as it was just after 7 AM. Finally I got ahold of Tony at closer to 8AM and he said he could change the alternator today. I got the car in by around 8:15 AM and by 9:45 AM I was on the road. Tony charged me an expected rate, and got it done quickly. I really appreciated his sense of urgency getting me back on the road. I highly recommend these guys. read more
