This was, he said, because it was convenient for him. When I informed him it wasn't a good time for my family, (My kid was taking an exam for a college course online) he went nuts, screaming and yelling about it being a "scheduling error" and saying "my wife screwed up my schedule, it's all her fault". Eventually I was told that either he was coming to cut my trees right then, or it would be never. I opted for never. Personally, I got no respect for a guy who puts his name as the owner, but blames his wife for the problems. In speaking with my friend, a fellow business owner who knew this guy very well, I found out that he's got a real reputation for this type of interaction.
