I went back and forth on what services to get, and he was always patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain the pros and cons so I could make the right decision for us. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything I didn't want. I also spent way too much time trying to decide how dark to go with the tint. Anthony walked me through the different options, explained how the white interior would affect the appearance from the outside, and shared what he had on his own vehicle. In the end, I trusted his recommendation and simply told him to tint it like his car. I'm really glad I did because it turned out exactly the way I was hoping. When we picked up the car, we knew we had made the right choice. The Quicksilver paint looks incredible. The depth and gloss from the ceramic coating really stand out, the PPF installation is practically invisible, and the tint came out perfect. Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

When I asked about the exterior I was told "that work item didn't get transferred to other paperwork", and I was handed my keys with oh sorry about that. I was disappointed after spending more than $300 that I wasn't offered better customer service especially when I was willing to pay 167 dollars for a wax service on top of what I already paid. I could have been offered to come back, a discount, how about a sincere apology for not doing what was promised? On another note the engine steam was not worth the money at all. Not sure who they have doing this work but total lacks attention to detail. Don't waste your money with this place!!!! If my vehicle were a dealer vehicle things would be much different. I've used VanCours for years, I won't be back. Apparently, they don't need my business. Find somewhere else to go.
