I brought my wife's brand-new 2026 Tesla Model Y (Quicksilver) to OCDetail for full front PPF, ceramic tint, full exterior ceramic coating, and ceramic protection on the white seats. Before making the decision, I probably asked Anthony more questions than most customers. I went back and forth on what services to get, and he was always patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain the pros and cons so I could make the right decision for us. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything I didn't want. I also spent way too much time trying to decide how dark to go with the tint. Anthony walked me through the different options, explained how the white interior would affect the appearance from the outside, and shared what he had on his own vehicle. In the end, I trusted his recommendation and simply told him to tint it like his car. I'm really glad I did because it turned out exactly the way I was hoping. When we picked up the car, we knew we had made the right choice. The Quicksilver paint looks incredible. The depth and gloss from the ceramic coating really stand out, the PPF installation is practically invisible, and the tint came out perfect. We took our daughter's car to Tony for an interior detail and window tinting. We were not super impressed with the detailing as soon as we opened the car driver's side door and saw the plastic area around the trunk and hood release still as filthy as when we brought it to him. Getting in the car we also noticed the area around the gear shift was still dirty. Even more disappointing was when we had to take it back to him after the tinting cured because there was debris in several spots under the tint. We mentioned the observations we had about the interior detailing when we left it again for the tinting to be fixed. Upon pick up the second time nothing was done to address the detailing issues brought to his attention. The tinting has cured again and there is still debris underneath it. I recently was gifted a detail on my van (BEST GIFT EVER) and my mother in law recommended OCDetail as they've worked with Anthony several times on their own vehicles. I wasn't expecting that most of the stains would come out, they've been there quite awhile and the interior of my car is basically white. He got every stain out of the carpet and seats. Birthday gift from the wife. Mind you, I keep my vehicles moderately clean inside and out. (Brown bear 2-3 times a week) so I was somewhat skeptical on paying $300 for a detail was going to make a difference. Kind of hard to find place off of Meridian in South Hill/Puyallup. Shop is tucked away at the end of what looks like high priced storage facilities. Dropped off at 9:30am. Meet the boss and explained what I needed..which was to rid my 2010 Yukon Denali off of all the road tar, bugs and excess yuck from trips across the state and back. Also needed a good wax and vacuum on the inside. Great guy, asked him some personal questions. Usually can feel if someone actually cares about business if he/she is personal. Passed with flying colors. Explained what I want, locked down the price and time when they will be done. Said 3-4 hours. Wouldn't recommend planning on sticking around as there isn't much around. Had some errands to run around town so wifey followed and picked me up at the shop. Got a call around 1:00pm later that day and said it was ready to be picked up. Ended up paying $300 in cash as discussed beforehand. They have multiple package deals on the website and/or discuss with shop exactly what you want. They might seem high on their prices but these guys are legit! You get what you pay for. Better then expected! Very impressive and I can tell they take pride in their work. Wish I took a "before" pic but the "After" pic will have to do. Already planning on bringing in the wife's Mini Cooper in a few weeks. Highly recommended! read more

Took our rare 93' GMC Jimmy Typhoon out of years of storage and got it running and took it in to OCDetail be detailed inside/out. Knew it had great reviews on Yelp but was a little hesitant when dropping it off seeing the shop in back of a storage unit. Didn't see any business name outside other than a street sign pointing to where it was in the complex of units. There was a guy working on a vehicle when we arrived. We called ahead to get scheduled in dropping it off. We were told it would be finished by end of day or by next day by noon depending on degree of work it would need. The next day we got call that it wouldn't be ready until the following day which was Sunday but since we had plans that day we said we'd have to get it Monday after work. Then Monday we were told it still wasn't done but would be done for sure Tuesday. Finally we were told that day it would be done but don't come before 6:00 pm. We showed up at that time and saw that 3 guys were working on it. We sat for about 10 mins. until we knew they were done and they waved us over. It was there Sat. morning thru Tues. evening which is a long time but we did tell them initially we didn't want a rush job and weren't in huge hurry so I think they were obviously working on other vehicles during that time frame. Most importantly the car looked like new inside and out, awesome job. No complaints about the job they did on it. Friendly guys that you can tell take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend and go back to again. But if you need your car back pronto you'll want to make that clear. I think they probably very busy especially spring/summer. I'm including some before/after pics as the vehicle was pretty dirty and had some mold/mildew issues inside. You'd never know it now, great job!! read more

I am driver for Uber and Lyft, well driving one night someone threw up in the back seat of my car. I called around to several places and all were booked at least a few days out. I contacted OCDetail and spoke with Anthony who was the owner and he told he could get my car in the next day. Ok, my dog had quite the accident in my car and I was looking for a place that could get that nasty stain and stink out of it asap! Called on a Friday night and was able to get in the next day. All I can say is that they did a wonderful job on my car! They removed the cushion, cleaned and shampooed the hell out of it. Removed all of the remaining liquids and made my car basically smell like new again. All to a very reasonable price. I was more then satisfied!!! All the staff were incredible nice and I for sure will be back for normal basic detailing! Stop looking just go there! read more

Amazing work but a couple things that might be a deal breaker for some people. 1. It's hard to find. And with Meridian being as crazy as it is, give yourself a few extra minutes. 2. Nowhere to wait. If you drop it off, make arrangements to have someone pick you up or do what I did and walk up to the Starbucks on the corner. 3. Their online booking system doesn't account for existing appointments. So you can request a time but until they call or email, you won't know if that time is really available. All that being said, the guy did phenomenal work. Our car had years of dirt, cigar ash and remnants of an exploded soda bottle. But when he was done, it looked brand new. I've had my Mazda for about 2 years now. I have 2 dogs. A husky and a German shepherd. I never realized how bad my poor car needed to be vacuumed until I had sat in the backseat. I had put it off so long to the point where it was just getting worse and worse. And on top of that, is being so adventurous of course you got some dirt back there. I didn't think they'd be able to get all the hair but when I got my car back it was as if I never even had dogs haha. My little car's interior was shiny as ever!! Every hair was gone. My dogs nose art on the windows were gone. It was a miracle. But of course, it didn't last long. About a week in I had forgotten about the detailing and loaded up my two tyrants after coming from the lake and hair and mud went everywhere. Well. I saw reviews and gave this company a try. Initially I was really excited. Customer service seemed great but now I'm not so sure. I will say they did do a great job detailing the car..... minus the fact that one of my weather mats walked away. They said it wasn't there but the funny thing is.. that morning before they came I took the car to vacuum some access dirt since the car was a mess. It was too cold so I didn't bother removing the mat from the car plus... it was about to be detailed so I didn't need to do a great job. They had done such a great job on detailing that I hadn't even noticed the mat was gone until I started taking pics to show my husband. Alright so moving on, that same day, we talked about getting a quote for a paint match kit. (Pause) So, the car is detailed, I paid cash. Tipped both guys $20. And here is how I was paid back.... First, I was told I'd get an electronic receipt. The guys asked if I wanted one and told me they'd email it to me when they got back to the shop. Well a week later I called bc I never got the receipt. Second, I asked about my mats and the guy who answered stated he thought he did see one but when he went to check he told me the guys never saw the other mat.. Good luck to me explaining that to my husband when he gets back. Now, about that quote. I mentioned it again when I called about my receipt.. I was told he'd (Cory) would have the guys to get back with me. Well now two weeks went by. I called again but this time I left a voicemail bc no one answered. Left all my information and no one called me back. Three weeks and I decided I'd just drive up there to see what's going on. I'm guessing the place is hidden bc I couldn't see it from the main road. I guess I feel like they were off to such a great start. I guess the work is great but maybe the customer service could use much work. I'm a huge stickler for customer service and I feel like I'm having to hunt them down to give them my money. I don't think I'll be calling them back to detail my second car that I couldn't wait for them to come back out for. Any who, good luck. I guess keep an eye on them or at least take out of your vehicle anything you wouldn't want to mysteriously walk away. I mean I'm sure in this case it was by accident or maybe something happened to it. Either way, I just would have preferred a bit of honesty. An oops I'm sorry. Something lol Well, that's my review. Maybe it will help them be more attentive to some of you other potential customers but I think after trying to get a hold of them for about a month just for a quote is absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather spend more money for better customer service than less for you to have to chase them down. Fast forward to a few weeks later. I searched for the location so I could get the quote on the paint job. Got to the "location" and it was a storage unit with NO signage identifying the company. The storage unit was closed so I called someone to see if they could come out and give me the quote. The guy said he has just taken over Bc they were having some issues and that he'd come out to look - I told him I was outside and he apologized and said no one was there - "they were on lunch" I told him I'd come back and said "just send me the pictures and gave me the number to send them to" he asked if I was the one who had left the review and asked if I could change it bc there business was different since they let someone go or something like that. I told him I would, however, after I send the pictures it was a few days later that I received the quote AFTER sending a follow up text. He said the scratch was too deep and they wouldn't be able to fix it and asked if I would like him to refer me to a company he trusted. I said yes and needless to say, I never did receive that company name or any other forms of communication regarding my husbands car. Our car was a wreck. With dog stains, dog hairX kid stains, dirt, we use it for camping, drive it across the country. The car was immaculate.
