Hi, we saw their advertisement and thought "it's time" as we frowned at the sight of my SUV. Kids and spouse tear my vehicle up once inside, which is everyday 7 days a week with kids and 3 days with spouse. It adds up. I ordered the interior cleaning medium level of dirt since it wasn't filled with trash, but the milk stains from baby chucking her bottles like she was in a frat house after a game, my oldest dropping every snack that missed his mouth and went under the seat. And, the random white spots of something that I could not remove using Google. I even bought leather seat cleaner, etc. The night before and morning of, I grabbed the carseats and strollers. I couldn't grab the water, too heavy and spouse didn't help. We got Trevor doing our detail. He sent me a message he was on the way. From Orting to South Hill, I imagine it's not far. He was early, showed up 15-20 minutes before, asked if the vehicle parked was the one. I showed him where the outlets were and he notices the water. I let him know he could pull all the way up the driveway. I had called before to make sure he'd be OK as we knew the rain was going to come down. I periodically checked through the window to make sure he was ok. That rain was harsh and he had a portable rain cover. No pressure from us. I shared my concerns over spots, and he met expectation. And, let him do what he needed. Looking over the reviews I'm actually shocked by low ratings. I didn't experience anything out of line. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made an effort. Even when the pine needles and the various trees leaves were blowing in, he'd vacuum or swipe out and continue on. We even gave him cash tip to ensure it wasn't taxed and he could grab a bite since it was lunch time by the time he finished. I'm going to say this for the younger generation who seem to fail to be polite. Do not treat folks who work hard for a living poorly. It's honest and difficult work to come and clean or fix up something that wasn't pretty and shiny to begin with. It's belittling and not appropriate. Trevor was nice and even answered my question about the business. It's a family owned and operated business, which my family fully supports family owned and operated businesses in our area! The owner started up with a few friends, then as the business expanded through other areas, his family joined in the office scene to help run it smoothly. Those calls of "potty mouth" was to a mother or father, and I cringe at that. I'm no saint, but looking at the young man working diligently on my car in the rain and storm of the weekend, I wanted to place my heater buddy, and bring hot cocoa to him, of course, I didn't wanna disturb or freak him out with Mama Ti. My spouse has his own business and he prefers no one hover. :) I did a walk through and there were those white spots, he did get off the leather but unable to get them out of those dots/holes in the leather. I asked him how I could. He recommended getting supplies for leather treatment and a tiny toothed bristle to go in those dots and gently remove. The appt was from 9-1, he got there at like 840ish and left around 1225 or 1230. My SUV was clean. There were definitely some water left behind due to rain, but it was fine. Nothing a towel couldn't soak up. I have all weather mat and he worked very hard and was very professional. I would use again for my other family vehicles. And, we might very soon. Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to make amends for any other poor rating a s that was not my experience, and look at my other reviews. I can rip them as easily if deserved, but I also wait. You have to really mess up before I will score a poor rating. I'd probably ask for Trevor again if there were options. It's good having folks work on something in your car or home, that you recognize. They become a part of your extended family. read more

Had neighbors coming to me and complaining that someone left my house and was throwing trash out of the window near the stop sign at the end of the street. Had to scrape some of the stuff out of my car myself. Lots of places missed or just ignored. They did no detailing as their name states. There was dirt that rubbed off with my hand on the paint and my wheels were dirty and not detailed and no tire/trim shine was applied. When I reached out to them they stated that the dirt on my wheels was embedded brake dust that would require a harsh chemical to get it off. I can rub it off with my finger so clearly they did not clean them. They offered me $20.00 off my next cleaning which I will never use after this experience but they should have offered to come and complete the first detail since it was never done. read more

This is the fourth attempt with Hoch. Two visits with D'Angelo, who did not complete work advertised on the website. Voiced my concerns with Holly, never returned to correct service. The last two visits with Colton end today, we are on a well, never dried vehicle (body, wheels, windows & wells) color of Avalanche is blue, spotting is bad. The windows never cleaned inside or out on all four visits (on website). The Avalanche Colton said is so clean, but Colton left dirtier than when he arrived. I asked for him to clean better before leaving, they cannot wait to move on. I keep paying $240ish each visit in full, keep getting the same poor cleaning job. I am foolish for so many hopeful, clean vehicle visits. read more

I had both of my cars serviced by Hoch. One for interior and exterior detailing and the other for their premium polishing service. The interior and exterior detailing was great. Turned out better than I expected. The premium polishing service was a little underwhelming. There were still paint swirls and the door handle areas weren't polished at all.. so the nail and key scratches are still a huge eye sore. I don't think I would do the polishing again, but I would definitely use their detailing service. read more

For a detailing place that comes to you... can't find anything better. Their current deal is $99 for interior or exterior and $185 for interior and exterior. This is before tax but honestly it's well worth it. Owner/operator Dylan came by today and spent 3 hours doing just the interior of my Suzuki. He payed attention to even the fine details (like the third row seats that I hardly use but were still dirty). He did a very thorough job and even made sure to get the door jams. We have gotten multiple cars cleaned with Hoch Auto Detailing, my husband owns a painting company, does lots of labor intensive work so needless to say his car is a wreck. My reason, I have 2 kids so crumbs in crevices of my car I didn't even know existed. Our cars looked brand new after being detailed. I had an interior and exterior detail plus Rain-X scheduled on March 1 at 9 AM. The tech showed up promptly and seemed nice. I have him the keys to my 4Runner, and showed him to the outlet as well as the hose bib. I let him know I was just in my office above the garage and would have the window opened in case he needed anything, and of course he could knock on the door as well. less than 30 min into the job, he was on a personal call. He stood under a pop up tent, not touching my car for over 1 hour and 15 min. I called the office and let Holly know. She was very kind and said she would text to check on him. She said he would need to work at minimum 4 hours, up to 6. I watched out of my office window and he stayed on the phone another 15 minutes before finally starting the job. I had a knock on the front door to tell me he was done, just before 1 PM. I walked over to the car and looked. The car was still wet from ld the fender wells were not clean. I pulled up the back seats and underneath was not even touched. His response was that he didn't know the seats could lift up. I was shocked, as that is pretty common knowledge, especially for a professional detail company. he said he would clean the fender well and the carpet again. He came back when he was done. The car was still wet so I could not tell how the job would be once dried but it looked better. the carpet was finished. he left. I then got in my car 3 hours later and noticed the interior windows were not cleaned at all. The running boards were still filthy. Holly told the owner and he called me. He did knock $50 my bill, leaving me a balance of $158. That was nice, but in my opinion, the job that was performed was not worth that. I am an honest person, so I did pay that. However, I will not use them again, nor do I recommend them. read more

My truck was stolen and tweakers did their drugs and who knows what else in it. It smelled horrible. I usually clean my own cars but felt this needed professional attention. I contacted Hochs and explained the situation and scheduled an appointment. In the mean time I could not stand it being that dirty so I cleaned everything out and vacuumed the truck. The detailer showed up and I explained what I wanted, a deep clean. First of all what he did was not an auto detail. It was just a cleaning. He did not do the headliner or vacuum under the seats or clean behind my back seat. He spent most of the time in his truck on his phone. When I called to complain the scheduler had ready excuses for everything. One example is when I told her the carpets were soaked afterwards she stated that it was a good thing since that was proof he actually cleaned the carpets. Huh? It was a really damp day and it took me two days to dry it out. This service is for people who just want their cars cleaned out of garbage and wiped down.
