The pool smells like urine in at that temperature bacteria is sure to grow. And then along came the ear infections that they had never had in the past, we are very outdoorsy or used to swimming in the river the springs the ocean motels at vacation spots we stay and I've never experienced this problem. When I inform them that we would not be returning they did not offer condolences or to maybe refund our money they would not even return my phone calls $108 is not a lot but when your child did not learn to swim it's really unfair. I just want other people to be aware that if they attend that swim school and find that they're having ear problems with their children that they are not the only ones. It makes your eyes burn, and smells highly of combined chlorine which is chlorine attached to waste the swim clothes that they were wearing smelled profusely. I honestly don't feel that it is a sanitary pool for kids to be ingesting in their mouth their ears or female body parts. Even the swim equipment they provide for you to use is in dirty water and slimy I wished I would have picked the YMCA or someplace else, not only did my child not learn to swim but it was a horrible experience to go through with lack of any concern from the owner like I said she wouldn't even return my phone calls. I thought maybe eventually there might be a refund check that might get mailed to us but nothing. The owner has complete lack of concern for the children's health and well-being in bacteria infested water just saying... If you do choose. Swim School I would advise earplugs but it's hard to tell a child not to swallow water when it smells terrible. Also the entrance into the swimming pool is supposed to be a ramp that is broken that she doesn't inform you that's broken until you actually step down on it and then she screams at you don't step on the ramp it's broken you got to go in by the hand ladder as I watched every other parent repeat the same mistake it's not safe to have a broken ramp inside the water for kids to be swimming around and what if there was an emergency and they had to ALL exit the pool like a lightning storm that happens daily in Florida it would not be possible. And I do feel that they're all so should not be more than one person supervising that many children in a pool that do not know how to swim and are learning how does she even know who is under the water and who's above the water it was complete chaos, and I found it to be a very scary situation to watch I felt like I was a lifeguard for eight children, while the owner is with one child the other children are left mostly unattended to. They do allow the parents to sit and watch but parents are talking to other parents and I found it to be frightening. The whole reason why we were taking swim lessons was because the fear of our children drowning, and and this was a horrible experience all together! I am very disappointed Perry swim School has been in our county for many many years, I think it's time they drain that pool and scrub it you could feel the slime on the walls and on the steps trying to get out not to mention the intoxicating smell thank you for reading my review.

We really enjoyed this experience, it was once of a lifetime. Paul was just above and beyond and helping my son understand safety, and everything that goes along with scuba diving. Thank you to this facility for all your patience and we had a blast I would definitely recommend this facility. We for sure made everlasting friends.

The owner informed us they had a class coming up in a few days and we jumped at the opportunity. Our instructor was Paul and he was incredible. Paul was easy to talk to and made the experience super welcoming and easy. The class size was small (3 people including my boyfriend and I) which i appreciated because it helped us get a more thorough explanation of everything and we were able to have a more personalized learning experience. I can be a bit nervous and he never once pushed me out of my comfort zone and if i felt like something was too much for me he never made me feel bad about it and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
