They always made us feel welcome. We never had a problem with any of our appointments. It was always nice to talk to them. They were always willing to answer any questions. Dr Latempa and his hygienists were very thorough. I didn't have any complaints. I always had a good feeling after my dental visit. That is why we never missed any of our appointments. I highly recommend this clinic. They deserve 10 stars. The only reason we had to find a new dentist is because we moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles, CA in late 2016. It is 2019 now. 3 years have past..2016-2019, we are on our 4th dentist. Unfortunately, it is tough to find a dental clinic as good as Dr Latempa's clinic. Hopefully, the current dentist we have now is the one who could match Dr Latempa. I have been wanting to write this review as my way of thanking him, Jennifer and Victoria. Thank you. At 54 years of age I walked into Dr. Louie's office very aware of my periodontal disease but expecting some light clean up after lockdown and then some cosmetic options. WELL!!! I learned day one that not much could be done to save the natural teeth due to the toll a severe infection and periodontal disease had taken on my gums and bone. Fast forward to today...Day 3 as a full upper and lower denture wearer. THANK the heavens for Dr. Louie and his incredible staff! As a dental professional Dr. Louie ALWAYS took his time to explain EVERY step of each procedure. He consistently ensured that I was NEVER in pain during or after the procedure. When required he referred me to Dr. Maxine Feinburg ( another competent and compassionate professional) to assist in my process toward oral health! He has made me feel not only heard but understood throughout a very difficult life altering process. I can not say enough about his ability to provide frank and realistic diagnosis through a compassionate and understanding spirit! Anyone who asks, I HIGHLY and immediately recommend them to Dr. Louie! Each visit his attitude became more and more dismissive toward my concerns, and I began to feel very undervalued as a patient. I've mentioned ongoing tooth pain at multiple visits, and each time it was brushed off as "normal." When I pressed for answers--because now the pain was worse when eating--he spent time insisting everything was fine before finally admitting I needed a filling. By then, his tone had turned aggressive and dismissive, speaking to me as if I were unintelligent. When I pointed out how he was talking to me, he raised his hands and told me not to come back, simply because I said I would leave a bad review. After years of trust and referrals, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This was my personal experience, and I believe it was completely wrong.
