First time I could say the hygienist hurt me, she's new, the other hygienist never hurt me. Pinning down my tongue as she worked- hurts I went there many years ago, since I don't like the dentist. I always get the gas. Since the née set up they use, the masks smell more like perfume, and shoot up one nostril. I'm allergic to perfumes, and the quality of the gas seems less potent. I've complained about the new mask at least 4 visits, always being told they would look into it-nothing. Have a cavity to be filled, will see how that goes. read more

This is the best dental office I have used in my life. I have been a client of Dr. Bagoff for several years and love this practice. The office is immaculate, the staff is accommodating, and Dr. Bagoff is extremely knowledgeable and uses the latest dental equipment and techniques. The office is large, with comfortable chairs and individual televisions in each room for the clients to watch. Not to mention that each room has a sanitizing unit running that continuously cleans the air. Recently, Dr. Steven M. Levenbrook joined the practice and is amazing. His knowledge of dentistry is far beyond his years of practice. He is very personable and involves you in the planning of your dental care. What impresses me most about Dr. Levenbrook is his ability to provide pain-free service on time. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes from arrival to sitting in his chair receiving service. Recently, I had a lot of work performed, including deep cleaning, filling replacement along with other treatments. Knowing that Dr. Levenbrook was performing the service placed me at ease. I sat back in the most comfortable chairs after having a quick chat with Dr. Levenbrook as he walked me through the process. Less than 30 minutes later, everything was completed. Afterward, Dr. Levenbrook reviewed the treatment performed, shared photos of the work, and discussed plans for my next visit. Highly recommended. read more

DR bagoff is a great dentist. ..he will do a nice job with your teeth, but more importantlt, he's big on prevention. He explains things well and has a good sense of humor. If I'm not mistaken, he even teaches dentistry to students and other dentists. He must know what he's doing If he can teach others. I also believe he's known for painless injections. I don't think he's the cheapest dentist in town, but I would rather not skimp when it comes to my teeth. read more

I have been serviced by Dr. Bagoff in the past when I first began going to this office. He is friendly, knowledgeable , & always compliments my teeth. .. I am now serviced by Dr. Caro who is my absolute favorite! He is professional, personable, funny and most importantly, he knows what he is doing and is patient. He always answers my million and one questions and makes sure I leave without any concerns! We also talk about regular life stuff and what we are watching on Netflix which is always a plus for me. I went to see Dr. Bagoff because recent lapses in care during a course of treatment I was receiving from my present dentist caused me to search for a possible replacement. The person who recommended him gave high praise for his abilities as well as his honesty and I found both to be justified. I asked Dr. Bagoff about the condition of a tooth I felt might be compromised & he assured me that whatever small repair it needed could & should wait until the treatment my present dentist was managing was finished. When I shared other concerns I had with that care, Dr. Bagoff acknowledged those concerns, asked pertinent questions & provided relevant suggestions which I felt would better equip me to determine (going forward) if the present treatment I was undergoing was being handled properly. He suggested I complete the three weeks of treatment that remained in hopes it would be successful and if it wasn't, a different path could be taken at that time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact he refrained from capitalizing on a situation where he could easily have cast a negative light on my present treatment which could motivate me to immediately transfer all of my treatment to him. I don't normally like to give someone credit for "not doing something they shouldn't do in the first place" but as more & more businesses as well as some medical professionals unfortunately seem to go down that path, I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation for Dr. Bagoff addressing my concerns in a way that prioritized my well-being over his potential financial gain. read more
