I was 1,000% scammed. I lost the key to my tractor and called this place. I made it very clear to them that I did not want the tractor unlocked unless they can make a key also, unlocking it does me zero good. So the locksmith shows up, says it's $280 plus $25 service fee to unlock the tractor THEN he can tell me if he can make a key. Ok fine, guess he needs to see the ignition. He unlocks the door, then says he has to send a picture of the lock to his boss because he knows more about this locks. He then takes a picture of the EXTERIOR DOOR LOCK!!!!! You know, the one you can see from the outside and you don't need to unlock anything to see. Waits 5 seconds and says he can't make the key. So he 1,000% knew he couldn't make a key and LIED to get me to ok the unlock service. And just claimed to text his boss to justify his lies. Trash company and trash service people. read more
