I had 3 bottles of this dye at home that were purchased from the official manic panic website just wanted an extra one for security. Upon closer inspection once I got home I realized that the bottle I purchased in the beauty supply was FAKE. There were blatant variations to the label that looked nothing like the 100% authentic bottles I bought online. Everything from the ingredients to the actual color of the dye was different, I mean just look at the pictures and compare for yourself. (the larger bottle is the authentic one and the smaller bottle is the fake purchased today) I've shopped here for years and now I wonder what other fake products I've purchased from here without knowing.... As a black woman I would like to warn my brothers and sisters DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS HERE. Things like bonnets, beads, combs may be safer to purchase but who knows what they could be doing to those too. This store already gives off extremely racist vibes but the fake products are just the icing on the cake. Not to mention how filthy the store is....I will no longer be giving beauty 35 another DIME and I suggest others dont either unless you're extremely desperate. Beka is so sweet and her professionalism is top tier. After purchasing my first wig, I just had to have another and I truly can't imagine giving my money to any other wig company. I've had my first wig almost 6 months and her European hair is unmatched..the texture, color, lace, everything has stayed a 10. Most wig companies send you hair with terrible density, you pay for something like 180% density and it feels like straw. BEKA'S wigs are thick (if you want) and the blondes are striking and don't fade. Her wigs are truly 10/10.

She was time efficient and the ease and speed of her styling reflects her high level of skill. So the story is I booked her but didn't like the price she gave me to buy tracks/bundles for a weave I wanted. So I went and bought my own hair (cheaper) for the appointment. Big mistake . Jhavuanna schooled me on how my kinky 3c hair texture needed to match the hair when straightened and how full the hair was that she had in comparison to mine which tapered off at the ends. She explained it to me in a way that helped me understand how to make future purchases, not just tell me what I do and don't need. So of course I ended up making the investment in this hair, but for the look! It was worth it. I got a 20 inch weave with a good amount of Leaveout but enough for it to be a protective style. I'm natural for over 10 years with shoulder length hair and like natural looking styles, both pressed and curly. I am not a fan of lace fronts with all those edges ( to each her own) and my stylist gave me a very very real-looking pressed & curled style that matched my preferences. Even my close friends didn't know it was a weave until I posted a video about it. The Cambodian hair I have was well worth the price, reusable, and Has been holding up pretty well over the past few weeks. I wore this hair for a wedding and trip to Nigeria and though my own hair sweated out a few times, this hair always looked well blended from me tying it up. I made sure to not apply too much heat but it does great with a flat iron touch up and sheds very little. Will be back and highly recommend!

The wig is folded up and shoved into a purse, like the ones you get from airlines with toiletries in it. Once I opened it the smell really hit me, really strong fragrance perhaps washed with a perfumed shampoo, enough to give you a headache after short time. The color was not as pictured, it has large streaks, that are a combination of blond and grey on a black background. It's supposed to be golden espresso. I really wanted dark brown. The hatfall comes as hair attached to a band, with the top being completely opened. I've lost my hair due to chemo and would not feel comfortable with that, in case the hat should come off. I contacted them the same day I received it and they are unwilling to even do an exchange. I would not do business with a company that does not stand behind the products they sell, an expensive mistake at a time when you can least afford it.
