He was also very patient, and took the time to listen to exactly what I want. I purchased a relaxed straight texture in 17 inches. I was back in on Thursday, afternoon to pick up my hair. To my surprise, I was given 20 inches or beautiful hair. I was over joyed. I was able to make my hair appointment, and get my hair installed the same day. The hair handled heat well, it curls like a dream, and most off all it blends perfectly. I shall return!!!!!!

They installed my first set of extensions after I lost all of my hair from chemo, and the results were incredible, especially considering how short, thin and fine my hair was. The extensions are super high quality. After a little over a year I went back and had a half pack added, and I honestly have never had hair that looked this good! Would never go anywhere else in the city! They are always so accommodating and have even fit me in same day to fix a weft when I snagged it on something (on two separate occasions!). Could not be happier with my experience here!
