I shopped here because of Matt and he was let go. I should have taken that this place is changing. It has changed this in so many words of how it is now. This store #44 I will not be doing my business with any longer. They don't care about my life's collectables. I want you to know the district manager Raul meet me and he came through for me. Then the manager of the store tries to take credit for what he did for me. I got back my pride a joy of collectors back. In short, they took it out of original box and placed it an old soft case of someone else's. I said," wait a minute it was in original box". She went back again. Came back with original box this is just a place that cares not for your life possessions. I speak of buying here not pawning. I hope they change the ways they treat their customers.
