Todd and Brian rapidly diagnosed problems found in my breaker box and sub panel, answered my questions, explained the issues in a way that I found easy to under. In fact, they were fun to watch and listen to as they went to work confirming what was to code and what was not. After investigating everything and said "no problem". Then I showed them the rest of the mess made by the GC I fired and again "no problem". Then they walked me through the work, to confirm what I wanted done, and recommended some much needed maintenance on some old breakers, which I was happy to get done, and then they gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot. On the scheduled date and time, they showed up and got to work. While they worked, they discovered a number of additional issues, and took care of them all. They discovered a brand new motion detector installed by my GC was wired wrong and was actually fried (my GC tried to tell me was completed work despite the fact that it never worked). The good news is: Todd and Brian finished all of the work on time, including the extra work. They were a pleasure to chat with and work through decisions, throughout the entire process. They were great even at the little things like: - letting us know before they turned the power off - recommending which appliances to turn off first - letting us know before they brought the power back on. - letting us know before they left for lunch, which doors they locked, and when they expected to return. ...this is just good customer service. When all of the work was done, they walked me through everything I asked for, showed everything they fixed or replaced, or installed and they even tripled checked some lines that went to my pool equipment that turned out to be extra. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond in every way. Every problem I asked them to fix, got fixed. Every installation was exactly how they told me it would be during the estimate.
