Came through ahead of time, quickly looked at a few possibilities and narrowed the issue down within minutes of being there. Repaired our breaker, had to go back to grab some spacers for an exposed slot, came straight back and repaired that, pricing was unbelievably reasonable for the problem. He did all the work with friendliest tone and demeanor. Also this guy knows what he's talking about and what he is doing. Just had to mention the oustanding follow up service from Mr. Friedman's. The lights they installed for us stopped working and we weren't able to get them turned back on. Contacted Erick for a warranty repair and was replied to within 24 hours to set something up that week. He called a day earlier than scheduled to see if they could stop by since they were in the area. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour for no charge and we've had no problems since.
