One of my favorite vape shops in the greater Atlanta area. I must've been to at least 7 in a 40 mile radius and they're the only ones who carry Hyde, a rechargeable disposable. I love these for traveling simply for the simplicity. The disposables I've come across so far typically die long before the juice runs out which drives me nuts! I bought a $200 visa gift card today at 1:28 pm. I have attached a picture of the receipt, purchased at Target in Buckhead. I then drove to this store as I regularly had done before because they carried a preferred product. However, as the red arrow in the picture shows, the card is activated within 60 minutes (which I was aware there was a waiting period). I tried to buy the products, totaling about $33 and used my rewards points (as a formerly regular customer) to take $5 off. So the card declined and said there were not enough funds. However, I tried explaining about the waiting period and that it just wasn't activated yet. I have had this experience before and it worked when running the card again. I asked the person working to do so, but it declined again. So then I went outside to my car and called the number on the card as well as went online and both said the waiting period was around 15 minutes and ended at 2:28 pm, exactly 60 minutes after the purchase of the card. So sorry I drove to the store too soon, but that is my only fault here. After 2:28pm, I go back into the store to purchase the products. While waiting in the car I noticed four dollars in cash in the console so I thought to just use it with my purchase here. Harmless, right? Not to them. The lady working did not take my four dollars before wanting to run the card first to make sure that there were enough funds, because she didn't believe it would work in the first place. I tried to explain about the waiting period for activation but she got angry and started to cut me off. She eventually did take my four dollars but forgot to apply my rewards points. She then said she couldn't go back and apply them and I asked if she could just cancel the transaction and do it again. She got even angrier and called her boss and they denied canceling the transaction or honoring the rewards points. The lady then gave me my four dollars that she had taken back (which proves that she was LYING about being able to cancel the transaction in the first place, and could've done so the WHOLE TIME). I didn't express this thought as she told me to come back at 4:30 when another employee was working. I come back to the store at 5:40 and find the other employee and try to explain the situation and that I am wanting to buy the products with the card. However, she accused me of writing a bad previous review (which I didn't, as I said I usually don't write reviews). Why would I do that if I thought I was coming back to the place to check out? She then said she was told to not do business with me. This was ridiculous. I tried to ask to check out with my points one last time, but was told that they didn't want my business. I tried to ask for the owner's email or phone number to explain this situation, or when he was there to talk to him, but the employee literally ignored me. Like, literally turned her face away. Even the bible says "And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them." I have never experienced such a terrible attitude, all based on false assumptions. Please take a look at the photos. My money is real, but their attitudes are not. The customer is ,indeed, *sometimes* right. But this business was rude and callous instead.
