Just got the "Supreme Inferno" wash done on my new car. I arrived and Justin immediately helped me decide which wash to get, I let him know I had some concern areas on the hood of my car I wanted to make sure I got cleaned. Justin made sure to check on my car after the wash while I was vacuuming it out. He even went out of his way to grab a rag and some solution to get some stuff sticky substance off the hod that the machines missed. This business doesn't deserve any stars for its customer service. I had a receipt that showed I paid for a month of car washes. When I went for my second car wash they said their records indicated I hadn't made a payment. I used a different method of payment so of course it didn't show up in my record. They would not believe me despite having the receipt in hand. The manager would not honor the receipt even though it clearly stated I had unlimited car washes for one month. read more

I have never been so impressed with an oil change place. They were so professional and friendly. Add to it the free car wash you get with each oil change? I could not have asked for more from them. I took my fiancé's car he was working and they were so patient and polite. I didn't know a lot of information about the car but they helped me through it, were knowledgeable, informative and not at all pushy. I used the $10 off check in coupon and when I was leaving they gave me a coupon for $15 off my next visit which I plan to use soon for my own car. They also told me about their monthly car wash packages (unlimited washes starting at $20 a month) which I think we will also be taking advantage of. Loved your car wash. I took the offer of Unlimited Guard Dog and its like the name says. Unlimited soap. You really saw the soap coming down on your car and being cleaned. The Wax coat made my car shine beautifully Ohhh and for the 1st time my wheels looked like they were cleaned. They looked like glossy shoes. Probable the best place to get your car thoroughly cleaned! Combo of automatic and self scrubbing. They have a self serve pre-scrub wash area with brushes to detail your autos before the auto wash. The best place to detail your cars and get the bugs off that don't come off with the auto wash, even with the best of upgrades!! They have really good vacuum's free and air if you need it to top off tires. The customer service is great here and I am grateful for this place. I do go out of my way to clean my autos here!!! Great service, fast and friendly! I haven't washed my car in months and it looks brand new. Need to wash it more often but we all say that and you know how the story goes.... also it might have just been my car but the area in front of my rear window was still a bit dirty. Looks like the scrubber wasn't able to get back there very well. So you will have to hand wash that part after. Don't forget the free vacuum service. WOW is all I have to say about this place! I couldn't wait to get home so I could write a review! Being new to the area, of course I turned to Yelp to find a reputable place for an oil change. I'm so glad I went here, everyone is so friendly! I pulled up for an oil change, and immediately I was greeted by J.P. He explained the process, and how everything worked. He also explained every step of the process as he worked, and double checked his work, and the guy's work for under the car. Being a woman who knows very little about cars, I'm always wary about getting even oil changes. I feel that every time I go, someone is trying to up sell me on something unnecessary and makes it seem crucial. NOT HERE! J.P. acknowledged my car was new, and did suggest some upgrades but was not pushy at all! Another gentleman Jesse was helping out, and it seemed as though he was in training. He was also very friendly! Both J.P. and Jesse took the time after the oil change was complete to have a conversation with me, which was nice! With oil changes, you get a free basic car wash. You also have the option to upgrade your car wash level at that point. I think I got the basic, or the basic plus (not sure what it was called, but it included the tires). After your oil change, they hand you your receipt and a slip with a bar code for your car wash. When you pull up to the car wash, you scan your barcode at the machine and the barricade lifts up. You pull forward onto the belt and put your car in neutral, and someone quickly gets your car sudsy. Go through the car wash and you're done! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking. Staff is crazy friendly, the property is easy to maneuver, and they do great work. Also, if management is reading this I hope you acknowledge J.P. and Jesse for their great work! This was my first time using this car wash and it really impressed. Anthony (the manager) happened to be at the kiosk where you pay and I asked him if they had air for my tires. He told me where it was and then told me more about the amenities. They have free vacuums, compressed air to blow out any nook or cranny, free towels to wipe down, window cleaner. Anthony came by to see how everything was and I asked him about fluids for my car. Since they do oil changes they topped off all my fluids for free. He told me about their competitive oil change prices for next time... and it comes with a free car wash. Absolutely use this place, you won't regret it and if you have questions just ask, everyone is nice. It's nice to be able to run through the car wash after a rainy day and the staff who do the pre-wash scrub do a good job (bring a couple of dollars to tip them; they work hard). Wow! I just had the best customer service experience. I went through the car wash and noticed some black sticky stuff on my passenger side. I went to the manager and asked what can be done. He was a little hesitant. He pulled his detailer aside. This detailer, Jay, was fantastic! He immediately was like, I can take care of it. He did an incredible job. Tried this car wash a couple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt being new in our area, but every time I have went the service is poor and a less than a quality job is done. Your car never gets fully cleaned at all. Also, you can tell associates are there for a check and could care less about the attitude they have, as well as the quality of work they do. Today showed up at 5:45pm and was told by the associate that "we close at 6:00pm and will not complete a full wash." How lazy is this?!?! Also, everywhere online line says you close at 7:00pm, so misleading. I will never return and hope we get a better car wash in Lake Nona. read more

Will not recommend this place!Very disappointed! Bought a GC for my husband and pd $160. To have the inside deeply detailed.And yes his truck was pretty dirty. They did a good job on the the cloth seats and black carpet but the rest of the job I wouldn't even consider being a half ass job it was so bad!!!! Ended up coming home with soaking wet seats(they had the car 6 hrs) and ended up having to wipe everything thing down! The doors and frames the windows all the trimmings and even the a/c vents ! I went for a one time car wash and ended up signing up for the monthly membership. The salesman was very informative and friendly. Every time I have gone through the car wash, my car leaves nice and clean. I love that they have a station to vacuum, get air in your tires, and they provide you with towels and window cleaner. I have also been asked several times by the staff if I've needed assistance, with vacuuming my car and/or putting air in my tires. As a woman, who is pregnant, and usually goes through the car wash by myself with my four year old, it's nice to see the compassion and how eager the staff is to help. This place is awesome. Used my wife's car for this entire week that she has been out of town, and between the two toddlers and myself, we have thoroughly destroyed her interior. Plus the outside was already dirty before I started driving it. Valuing my life as much as my wife values her car, I knew it needed to be cleaned thoroughly before her arrival back home tomorrow morning. The car spa right up the road, which shall remain unnamed, wanted $79 for just an interior clean, that did not even include any exterior work whatsoever. And stupid me, I pulled in there thinking that was a fair price. Luckily for me, an attendant came out to say that they were closed for the day due to repairs to the tunnel. So, trusty Yelp pointed me this way, where I also saw a Yelp check in coupon for $10 off an oil change. Wait, they do oil changes too?!? How convenient, because she's due for one. Long story short, I have just had a full-service oil change, including a 13 point inspection and all of my fluids topped off, had my car thoroughly washed, tires shined, rims cleaned, even the windows scrubbed, and had my interior very thoroughly detailed, all for $11 less than the car spa was going to charge me for just the interior detailing. And for those of you at home doing the math, this means that even without the check in coupon, it still would've been a buck less to go here and get all that done. read more

I even signed up for the monthly club that comes with unlimited washes and use of interior vacuum and cleaning supplies. I am not very good about keeping my cars neat and it looks almost better than it did when it was brand new. My leather seats were stained, crumbs everywhere, love bugs...It is spotless.
