They short orders, get them wrong, and double bill. I have proof and am happy to upload it. I don't ever write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn my fellow chefs: stay away. There are better alternatives out there. Canceling service is another trap. You have to send a certified letter by mail, 90 days before the original contract expires if even after your stuck for another round of bad service for a year ++. When I asked how to cancel, I was given the runaround and told over and over that I couldn't cancel. The driver tells you to give them messages for service changes, but those messages never get passed along--and when they do, they're wrong and then they try to upsale you nickeling and diming ever week!!!!. They are roughly twice the price of competitors (after they get you and jack the prices each year). i.e. Once they "get" you, they just keep hiking the prices. Customer service is terrible: they smile, act nice, and pretend to care, but nothing changes and they constantly get it wrong. I've had the same dirty rug on my entryway for months. The driver keeps making excuses and trying to make it sound like it's my fault because I want it every two weeks not ever week so he just doesn't do it and makes excuses. In a way it is--because I hired them in the first place. A lot of stress for such a low dollar company! Chefs, be warned: send your certified letter to cancel today and don't use these guys.
