If you don't have money to burn you should try Gonzalez carpet cleaning. They were just here and did all of my carpets as well as my chairs and some throw rugs and the final invoice was only $180!!! They are the nicest guys and the cleanest and most conscientious guys and are worth a lot more so I hope they don't read this review! If you do have money to burn you're simply spending money on advertising and nice trucks, uniforms and commercials on TV. Cleaning is cleaning! And we should not have to pay an arm and a leg for it!

This company is awful. I work at a hotel where we use their service. Every time without fail we get…read moreour napkins they are stained, have holes in them and we cannot use them. We take them out of the folded pile The Lace House sends us wrapped in plastic and tied with a string. The workers are the ones cleaning them,folding them and wrapping them. And none of the many workers(they have many if you look at the photo) can see that the napkins are not proper to send to customers? The customer they are sending them to are using them for their customers? Our hotel does not use them. We put them in a pile and send them back. Nothing is done by ther Lace House to rectify the situation. This is ablantant abuse of energy and resources. It is places like The Lace House that are responsible for our problems with energy. They are washing and rewashing napkins that will never be clean. They are stained from a machine or something that is turning these white napkins dark steel gray. Yet none of the many workers that are folding the napkins and sending them off to my company can see that? It is impossible for them not to see what they are wrapping. These people should be out of a job. They do not care that the product they are sending is clean and free of stains. Now The Lace House is sending us our sheets ripped, torn, and binding razzled. My bill has tripled in price in the last few years, and honestly, my Wi-Fi is iffy at best on most days. The people they send out for repairs, either don't know what they're doing, or have been given incorrect information about what the problem is at my house, or they've never been trained in any way. I'm sure it's not the technician's fault, I have no idea what their training might be, but from my experience, their training has been very minimal. If you can choose any, any other carrier, besides AT&T or U-verse, run, don't walk

He was really knowledgeable about the tech, helped me get a look and feel for each phone, pulled up detailed quotes for all the different storage and size combos, and helped me make an informed decision confidently and quickly. Have bought and setup 2 new iPhones here over the years and had a pleasant experience both times. Way faster/simpler than going to an Apple Store. Also AT&T has different trade in and customer promotions than Apple so it's worth chatting with them first if they're your carrier and you plan to get a new phone.
