I recently purchased four uniforms one of which had some black stains on it . I did not notice the stains until I put it on to wear it to work. Of course I removed tags because I was trying to wear it . I had tags and receipt and tried to exchange it and was told no because their policy was to not make any exchanges or refunds if the tags were removed. They obviously can't resell the uniform so don't know why that matters as long as I had both recipient and all tags . I'm very disappointed with that policy they don't stand by their merchandise and I told them I would never be back . Back to figs uniforms I guess. read more

My partner and I came in on a Saturday to shop for scrubs for his new job. We were immediately greeted by the two people working (a woman whose name I can't recall, and a guy named Patrick). They were both super helpful and attentive to our needs. They gave us good recommendations on what kind of scrubs would be best for his needs. We probably spent an hour looking at the options and trying them on. They never complained and were very kind! They had a buy one get one 40% off sale on the day we came in so we were able to get a variety of scrubs. All were super soft and good material. read more

I am feeling very frustrated. Recently ordered the above lab coat x2 with custom embroidery which was excellent. I then ordered 5 more lab coats for all the team members but the custom logo was incorrect. I have been trying to get resolution without much effect. I have sent photos to show that the logo was not done correctly from a colour perspective, but I am told that the photos are the same. I believe I know what my logo is supposed to look like. I tried calling but unable to call the company line. Tried online chat but was booted out mid-way during our conversation. I am so frustrated with the customer service. read more

So disappointed with my latest order. I have been happily using UA for several years. I recently placed an order for scrub top. I went to my order history and selected the option to "buy again." However, the new scrub top is not the same size! Both say XL but the new one is way smaller. Since it is embroidered, I can't return it. Also, the embroidering is a bit sloppy compared to previous orders. Don't feel as confident ordering form UA again. Will be looking for other options. read more

For a store that literally only sells healthcare attire, it is unforgivable to not have maternity scrubs in stock. Who else needs to be able to try something on more importantly than a pregnant person? The clerk told me that the owners don't think enough customers come in who need them--please. You don't need a wide selection, but come on. Santa Rosa Uniform sells a much larger variety of uniform types and they manage to stock a few options in the store. I'll be going there from now on. When I enter the store I wasn't greeted by any of the staff. No one of the workers was wearing a name tag. I work for Kaiser another person who was at the register with me was asked if he works Kaiser. I wasn't given a discount due to I didn't have my name tag to provide proof. The BEST scrub store I've ever stepped foot into. The amount of options here is endless. Today I walked in and found Sue to be very sincere, kind and most of all, she was beyond helpful. She immediately greeted me and helped me choose the best option for my situation. The styles, patterns and colors here are the cutest and the best I've seen yet. They have a maternity options and yoga style options. The prices are very reasonable. Best of all, if you check in on Yelp, you receive 10% off your purchase. With a killer inventory and great deals with savings, Uniform Advantage really knows how to get their customers to come back. There are a couple of other scrub store options in Santa Rosa. Those will not even be considered after coming to Uniform Advantage. There are 3 dressing rooms available that are very roomy and spacious. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. I love this place !!!! I need scrubs for school and there is so many scrubs and different brands in here. It takes me a while to find what I want and what fits best. Sometimes it takes me 20-30 different tops and pants to try on. The employees here and so amazing and helpful. Especially Jessie! If I'm the fitting room trying stuff on and I need a different size, someone is always there to help me and go get it for me. Sometimes at other places when you shop you kind of feel like an inconvenience to the employees , but not here. These ladies that work here genuinely want to help you and love their job!!! I always enjoy coming in here to get my scrubs. They also have TONS of different brands and colors to choose from and price ranges from $-$$$$ so anyone can shop here! I stopped in at 3:15pm to check out if they had compression sleeves. There was another lady waiting and she tried calling but no one picked up. There was a note on the door saying that they were taking their government mandatory 1/2 hour break. Really the whole store takes the break at the same time. Well I did the next best thing. I just ordered from Amazon and it will be arriving tomorrow. Selection here was good. I needed some cheap scrubs. Plus sized. A gentleman greeted me as soon as I came in. After I explained to him what I wanted he led me to the clearance rack. One side of the rack was clearance the other side was their budget scrubs at less than $25 for the pants and shirt set. Several dressing rooms in which to try on. Company must do a brisk online business. About four customers came in in the short time I was there with online returns. At least two of them were disgruntled because of the return policy. Not sure the details on that. You may wish to thoroughly check out online policy before purchase. Both of the staff members were efficient. Not overly friendly. Made me wonder about their managers. I am very bummed out at the customer service of this store. So I had googled comfy scrubs online and found some scrubs. Turns out the fit wasn't right. I looked and found that the scrub place I ordered form has a store near me. I was hoping I could come in there and do a simple exchange for the right size. I was told I have to mail them in. I have shopped at this store many times during my 16 year career in the medical field. The ladies working there were always very nice and helpful. I went in for the first time post Covid over the weekend and got a completely different experience. There was only one gentleman working, which he later made very clear he was the manager. If this is the case this establishment needs a new manager. He was not helpful at all like my experiences in the past. I actually felt ignored. Upon checking out he proceeded to tell me why the ladies that that used to work there were no longer there and was not very nice about it. He was very condescending, narcissistic, and unprofessional. If the other ladies who worked there for years were as bad as he represented them he is not any better. When trying to ask if the discount online applied to in store and having a difficult time bringing it up on my phone he replied, "You know what, I'm exhausted and need a break I will just give it to you this time!" We barely got out the door before he locked the door behind us. Mind you this was not even closing time for this store. I think going forward I will just order online. Come here for your Lab Coat / Scrubs and medical uniform needs... If you need to get your Coat embroidered... it's $10 additional, to the cost of the coat. and service is HIT OR MISS! My first coat, I got within 2 days.... wow so fast! My second coat is taking a while, and somehow they "accidentally" sent another one along to embroidery, so I may be roped into buying a 3rd coat. I asked to speak to manager, which Laurie was one of the ladies being rude. I am a nurse at kaiser trying to help people and come to this store to get my uniforms and was treated so terribly. I haven been to this spot 3 times and my experiences have been amazing .  The first time I was hesitant to buy my scrubs here since I heard they were expensive here and they are, but you can't beat the verity, quality as well as the helpful staff. All the times I have gone here and was ready to pay, the staff were always willing to give extra 10% off or anything they can do to help from me feeling the pinch in my wallet.
