Although the claim was ultimately not honored, we moved forward with Brinkmann's recommendations, and the results were magnificent. When we reported it, instead of taking responsibility, Brinkmann tried to charge my parents $2000.00 to repair the damage they caused. (Later repaired for $500.00 in less than 2 hours) This raises serious concerns about their workmanship and integrity. If you're considering Brinkmann Roofing, proceed with caution and make sure everything is well documented.
