I have saved every text message and picture. Bring It! This is in response to the lies stated by Paula Souto on my review. I was in close communication with her and her husband from day 1. They came earlier than intended to fix my gate due to me having a dog and my neighbors having the fence down. I initially thought they were honest and sincerely concerned after they told me they used to be dog breeders. Basically when they came the husband had their inexperienced young family members doing the work...young teens, early twenties, it seemed. I sent multiple text messages to the fact that the fence was not put up correct with pictures and videos. I was not initially angry because I figured they would right a wrong. I own my own business, I don't automatically think someone is trying to get over on me, we are a Christian company. I asked them to build a small gate BEFORE they had completed the fence, NOT AFTER. The check Paula is lying about saying "an officer had to call me to pay her' is a COMPLETE LIE! YES, the check was returned NSF after they didn't deposit the check for more than 7 days. I will have to go back in my records to see the exact date. I again was STILL communicating with her and told her that I would make partial payments until it was completely paid off. That is how I was able to get her bank ACH info. I was doing everything I promised I'd do despite the trash job they did repairing my fence. Someone came by and nailed in SOME of the loose boards without notifying me that they were there. The video I posted was a video I sent her before things escalated. I was trying to give them a chance to right their wrong...but instead they started this BS with the police as if someone was stealing from them. Disgusting, smh. An officer DID call me and I let him know the same thing that I told these people, THE WORK WAS SHOTTY, I paid them PARTIAL payments via ACH BEFORE the officer ever called me and I told the officer to do WHATEVER he deemed necessary because there was NEVER anything fraudulent done to these people. I put them at the BOTTOM of the list to get paid after I saw the shotty work they did. She says a "nice officer" called me, laughable! I was livid a police officer called me and I let him know it too. Paula left out a lot of pertinent facts regarding this entire situation. I have all proof of payments made BEFORE the officer called me and his name and contact information so he can tell you that this was NEVER a police matter, it's a CIVIL case...but it doesn't surprise me that a white woman would call the police on a black woman and cry wolf. #Karen I will write another review and show the pictures of this fence and just how horrible it looks STILL to this day! I have had other contractors come here and look at this fence even they are astonished at how poorly it was done. A final walkthrough has not been performed. When they finished construction, one of the partners went through our neighbor's yard to jump the fence and find me in the backyard. The contract is extremely vague, and I genuinely thought some of the basic things are part of the whole project,especially due to the extreme price would be covered. For example, the contract included installing two ceiling fans, but when I asked when they would be building it, they said they would not supply the ceiling fans, and I had to buy two ceiling fans, which added to the already overpriced pricing.After they collected the last check, they preceded to not paint anything, leaving unfinished work behind, and mind you, they said on the contract it didn't write down about the painting part. so it's not their responsibility.However, they found so many loopholes in the vague contract, the deck still looks unfinished,The wood flooring they placed later had 3 to 4 inch gaps between themselves, only after a couple of months. The wood flooring would constantly shift, and we resorted to nailing them in so to get rid of the huge gaps. But even with that done, at the edge, the left unnatural gaps in case of shifting however I doubt the planks would have ever moved so far apart, had they decreased the size of the space. The door they installed, was done terribly, can't close properly, unless the deadbolt is latched. The door also lets water in the house. There are large seems between the door and the doorframe. Overall I would not recommend this company.
