What a cute property! My friend and I decided on the 2 bedroom suite and it was so relaxing! We had…read moreso much space between us. We both had king sized beds with huge closets and a bathroom to share between the bedrooms. The small seating area with couch and a small dining table with 4 chairs was between the bedrooms in front of the bathroom. The kitchenette included a medium sized fridge/freezer and sink with a Keurig coffee maker. It would have been better if they added a small microwave as well, I felt it was the only thing missing. My room with the balcony facing the street also had a wireless charger and sound machine. What a great touch. My friend took the front bedroom with the view of the pool. Both bedrooms had TVs and ceiling fans. The robes were also perfect! I brought my own hotel slippers. Pool area lacked a little bit more of shade but that's a personal preference. It's so nice that the pool and hot tub was open 24/7! The pool bar is so nice to have for a smaller resort like this. It definitely made our experience better! We didn't get to try the restaurant on site but will definitely check it out next time because we're already planning our next stay! Shout out to Sierra for being such a sweet hostess!

Disgusting and unsanitary!! Do not stay here unless you're cool with sleeping on dirty sheets ( and…read moreI mean DIRTY - pics attached). We checked in late after being at the softball field all day. When we first walked into the room it looked super cute but it quickly went sideways. Went to go pull out the sofa-bed for my daughter to sleep in only the find that not only had the sheets not been changed but they were dirty with dried puddles of bodily fluid in the middle. Yeah. Tried to call the front desk but you can't call, only text. So I texted, waited 10 min and after no response my husband went up to the front desk. They literally walked him to their linen closet, handed him some wadded up sheets and said we could change the sheets ourselves. Sorry what? Thats when I decided to go online to try to find a new place to stay. Grabbed my phone, sat on the bed in the bedroom, only to find some lovely pubes in the bed. Texted the front desk again, no response. And because it's so late at night, there's literally no where else to stay in the area because everything is booked. This place should seriously be shut down.

I spent a night here as a hiker on the Pacific Crest Trail passing through. The Sage Spa was an…read moreamazing place to relax and it gave me what I needed to push on through to the next stop along the trail. I especially want to thank Lexy at Radiance Salon for the special care and attention she gave me when she cut my hair. She was very kind and was a big part of what kept me going. I realize that most who stay here may not be doing it for the same reasons but I think it's worth mentioning that this is the kind of place you can go to just to relax and take a break from whatever it is that you need to get space from on the outside. Also Pink Coffee was especially good and I would be thrilled to find a location on the east coast (and the workers at the cafe were also very nice to speak with). Thanks, Andrew

Invited to Mothers Day Brunch. First we had to get in a long line to get registered, eventhough my…read moredaughter registered on line. Every adult had to show a Player's card and ID. Employee who helped us at the Registration desk was polite-gentlemen assisting at the line to be sure we know we had to have ID and Player's card, so we wouldn't be dissappointed when we go to the front of the line. Then, there was another very long line to go up the escalator to the Ball Room. That was organized well, alternating two lines for those using the escalator-staff making sure some patrons do not cut in line. At Ball Room we go to our assigned table. Table number display could have been on 4 sides, so that when you step away it would be easier to find your table when you return: then there are 2 more long lines for the Buffet, which is set up in the area outside of the dining room. I didn't notice the seafood area, which was a distance from the main Buffet line. Another line for ham and prime rib. Inside the ballroom drinks and desserts only are available. We got two plates because we didn't want to stand in line again. Entertainment by Jon B.-loud, loud...singing/music. Majority of the 'mothers were over 50' that I noticed. It was difficult to have a conversation with those at the table. I visually counted about 5 tables with no guests on our side of the room. Comparing to my experience at Soboba's Mothers Day event, this event could have been more organized. As for the food-I liked the salmon, scrambled eggs and desserts.

Everything we ordered was amazing. We had the prime rib, mac and cheese, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice was such a fun surprise for a steakhouse side and a nice change from the usual options. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the desert. One thing to note: be prepared, it gets very loud inside.

MANAGEMENT/OWNER needs to wake up and make major changes. What happened to the service? I can only imagine this is due to change in management which happened a few years ago or so? My partner said it felt like eating at an Outback Steakhouse but honestly I would argue that the service there is better. 1. Walking past my table when flatly asking if "everything is ok" is not service. There isn't an opportunity there to engage. 2. No clean up of the table when bits of food or whatnot miss the plate after apps and during meal. I don't expect French Laundry precision but this is standard.. 3. Timing of the food delivery was way off 4. Empty plates sat for a long time even though it was obvious we were very much finished (staff noticed but ignored) 5. Staff is not up to par. Lacks refinement, seems like they are not experienced in fine dining at all 6. No ask for fresh ground pepper for several dishes which clearly are customary to ask (I wanted some but didn't bother asking for it) We spent about 1K on dinner for 2 people so I'm beyond disapointed. Also, last time we were here I was roophied in the speakeasy (I consumed exacly one drink so this wasn't overconsumption). My companions wanted to go back to discuss with management but I argued that it's not the establishments fault but I am over this place. The time I was here previous to that visit I brought a NY friend with me who I raved about the place to who asked me "where they found" the waitress who was excessively rude to us (clearly just having a bad day and didn't want t be there). Place is also run down and has seen better days. What a bummer.

This review is for their wedding venue, not the golf course itself…read more This was one of our final contenders and ultimately stood out for creating an intimate atmosphere without feeling dominated by the golf course. All of my communication was through Nicole, who was consistently responsive and quick to answer questions throughout the process. =PROS= *Ceremony and reception spaces felt completely separate from the golf course *Overnight parking included *String lighting at both the entrance and outdoor areas was included *Extensive menu customization with premium upgrades that were not commonly offered elsewhere, including caviar and oysters *Beautifully designed bar setup *Gorgeous fireside patio space *Flexible dessert options *Reasonably priced meals for vendors and children *Complimentary soft holds with 24 hours to make a decision =CONS= *Ceremony site felt somewhat bare aside from the well maintained lawn *Bridal and groom suites were on the smaller side, with bathrooms located separately *Chivari chairs required an additional setup fee *Cocktail hour catering was limited to in house options *Reception space felt somewhat cramped for a guest count of 150 =NOTES= *The parking lot was quite full during our consultation, though we were told it typically clears out later in the day *Only four restroom stalls for guests, though renovations are reportedly planned in the near future Overall, this remained one of our strongest contenders. Had we been bigger golf enthusiasts, this venue may very well have won us over. The package felt highly inclusive, and there were numerous thoughtful details that set it apart from other venues we toured. However, with our larger guest count, the indoor reception space felt a bit tight and ultimately gave us some hesitation. Even so, there was a lot to like here, particularly for couples seeking an intimate setting with a polished, all inclusive experience.

This is an older hotel which brings great charm and has a very comfortable feel. The public restrooms were very clean and well maintained. The carpets in hallways to the rooms and on the stairs are just starting to show their age from their last replacement. Some areas need a little touch up painting but not really noticeable. Our room on the third floor, north side had a very small sliver view of the Ocean. We could hear a little traffic noise from Prospect St. It was a good size room with a nice King bed. There were no firm pillows on the bed, just soft down style. The bathroom was good size. Unfortunately, the toilet was right up against the sink vanity so you could not even lean to the right! The lighting was very good in the room, and the window covers did an adequate job. Our two other rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors right above Prospect St. Occupants in those rooms got very little sleep because of the loud traffic noise. As an older hotel the exterior noise damping is poor.
