I asked her this 3 times to make sure and I have it in writing. She did a pre-qualification and sent it to our realtor. She pulled our credit, took our past two years of taxes and we filled out a 10 page application form. Fast forward 3 months later: We signed a contingency contract for a house that we wanted and found renters for our home...then the rug got pulled out from under us. it ended up that she was wrong and we had to sell our house first, not rent it. If we had been told that from the beginning, we would have focused on selling, not renting.She claims she never told us that but I have it in writing. And by the way, if she knew that we had to sell our house to buy another house as she claimed, why didn't she tell us? I kept in contact with her almost daily, telling her we have renters coming in and updating her constantly. We lost the house that we had a contingency contract for and had to tell the renter's there was no deal. The kicker is, she claimed she didn't even do a pre-approval for us. So what did she give our realtor then??? The whole three months was a disaster dealling with them. I contacted the manager, Tony, and told him what had happened and so did my realtor. He said he would try to work things out, but he never got back to either of us. Save yourself a lot of trouble and try dealing with mortgage people that actually know what they are doing.

After spending a great deal of time supplying nations lending with the needed court documents I was told it was being taken care of. Nations lending decided to give me a mortgage, not do the title work and changed my email address on the email notifying me of that. So... my personal information was sent to who knows who, I still had to pay someone else to have it done, I didn't even have the ability to cancel because I didn't receive the notification and I'm out almost 8,000 because nations lending only cares about pushing loans through.
