I am a multiple time patron of Top Gun Supply in St. Augustine. I've spent thousands of dollars at this gun shop. Including a $3,500+ H&K SP5. Overall I have had an ok experience. Unfortunately this shop employs 1 individual by the name of Mickey and he happens to be the most unprofessional, condescending, and sour human being I've ever met in sales. Clearly he is not the person that should be working in expensive firearm sales, and in the service of sales in general. I will never be going back to Top Gun after his unprovoked attitude and behavior towards me for absolutely no reason other than he was probably having a bad day. I hope he gets fired so I can become a patron once again !!! read more

My go to shop for purchases. Best prices, great selection, can have items from warehouse at store in days. Sig Elite and Glock Blue Label dealer as well as Class III. Surprised at some of the items they have in store at time. Purchased SCAR, Sig Cross, MCX in 5.56 and .300, Sig Copperhead and other items you don't regularly see in other shops. ABSOLUTE MORON...is my best description! I stopped in to get a couple boxes of ammo and saw a new 9mm handgun in the case. When I asked if it was a 10 round magazine the chap behind the counter pulled the gun out and removed the magazine. AMAZINGLY he not only never checked the firearm to see if it was loaded and while removing the magazine... HE POINTED THE DAMN GUN RIGHT AT MY FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is even worse, when I said something HE ARGUED WITH ME THAT IT WAS OK since they check the guns once in a while. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? .....SERIOUSLY????????? This guy should be taken out back and beat senselessly until he understands what a complete and utter MORON he is! Bought a hard to find pistol from Top Gun Supply on line and picked it up at the Saint Augustine store. They did a great job keeping me advised of the shipping status and when it arrived. Check out was fast and easy even with the infringing government paperwork. Lots of floor space devoted to Sig Sauer and black guns. Used the pistol for my annual qualification (P226 Elite SAO). This is a small but very high-quality shop. Of particular note is that they are a Sig elite dealer. I found the sales staff very friendly and very knowledgeable. Their pricing is competitive, too. The shop looks brand spanking new. Very nice. Worth the stop if you're in the greater Jacksonville/ Saint Augustine area.
