The people that work there don't really converse with their clients as much as other nail places but that's reasonable being that their main language isn't English. She took forever and it looked OK when I left. On closer inspection, my nails are filed crooked and three days later, the polish is lifting from around the tops of ny nails. Gel polish usually lasts me 2-3 weeks and still looks great. While I was there, a woman had a pedi and the manicurist cut her pretty badly and was so nonchalant about it - she could barely speak English so she couldn't understand what the client was saying.
