When I finally got the bill they did NOT bill me accurately - they charged me for a full hour of work, when the guy only came to assess my issue and took 20 min. No physical work done. I got busy and next thing I knew they filed a lien 10 DAYS after the due date (not 30 days - 10 days!!!). NO LETTER IN THE MAIL WARNING only an email with a subject line - Invoice#. I don't check my personal email all the time. ALL THIS DURING THE FEDERAL GVT SHUTDOWN - EVIL PEOPLE RUN THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT!!
