I paid him 50% deposit and gave him professional drawings with dimensions to work off of. The quality of work was beyond unacceptable. The welds were spotty and not grinded. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.

I was pressed to use this company because of my condo association requirements. Just had them do work in December. When I finally got the bill they did NOT bill me accurately - they charged me for a full hour of work, when the guy only came to assess my issue and took 20 min. No physical work done. They refused to correct the bill, so I just said whatever I will pay it (didn't specify a date, just didn't want to argue about it anymore). I got busy and next thing I knew they filed a lien 10 DAYS after the due date (not 30 days - 10 days!!!). NO LETTER IN THE MAIL WARNING only an email with a subject line - Invoice#. I don't check my personal email all the time. ALL THIS DURING THE FEDERAL GVT SHUTDOWN - EVIL PEOPLE RUN THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT!! Moreover, the very first job they did was replacing a pump in my AC unit. After it was done, the pump was and still is SO incredibly loud, the next door neighbors can hear it. They never came back to fix or adjust. Why would they put that in if they knew it was that loud? Take your business elsewhere - save yourself the trouble.
