This review is for my visit today 12/26/23. I reached out to Dmitriy a week ago in regard to tinting my 2024 Corolla XSE. I originally scheduled an appointment for his services on 12/29/23, but my work schedule for that day wouldn't allow me to get it done. I texted Dmitriy earlier this morning and asked him if there was any availability for today and if not, that was okay too! He got back to me as soon as he was able to and let me know that he had availability for today around 3pm. I thanked him for reaching back out to me and that I would be able to come in at 3pm today! Maybe 45 mins later, he texted me to let me know that there was also a change in his schedule and that he would be able to service my vehicle earlier IF I was available. I left work as soon as I could so that he could get started on the tinting service. I would like to also add, that this is NOT my first visit with Dmitriy, he actually tinted my Nissan Altima back in 2016. I was very satisfied with his work and the pricing that I had to come back once I got a new car! I arrived around 1:30pm, and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome by Dmitriy. We went over which windows I wanted to have tinted and what percent and films (carbon or ceramic) I preferred. I decided to go with 5% in the rear and 35% in the front. Dmitriy, triple checked to make sure what I wanted and IF I wanted to change anything before he started working. I gave him the keys and I sat in the waiting area while he worked his magic. I would definitely 1000% recommend Dmitriy to anyone who is looking to have their car windows tinted! This is my second vehicle that I've brought to his shop and I've left beyond satisfied each time. He also reminded me to not roll the windows down for 5 days minimum, just so it allows the tint to cure properly, and if I had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out to him. Thank you so much Dmitriy! I'm loving the tint on the new car!

Dimitri has done 3 cars for me and all 3 come out perfect. The oldest tint job still looks exactly the same as the day he did it. I don't care what people say about other unproven film, that suntek film holds up over time. Just got the ceramic film for the first time. Not only is his craftsmanship excellent his prices comparing with the same film are usually at the lower end if not the lowest you will find for someone with his experience. I can't see myself going to someone else when I know what I get back when I drop my cars off to demitri and know I won't have to worry about the film holding up over time. It's a no brainer. Give him a chance to earn your business and you will be glad you did.

Dimitri was amazing. Gave good suggestions on tinting options for window with reasonable prices. Was precise with time and you could tell he put care into his work and wanted to make sure things went well. Easy to communicate and set up an appt. Good turnaround times as well. Dimitry does high quality work with QUALITY tint for some of the BEST PRICES in Sacramento! Did SunTek CIR 50. CIR 50% ceramic tint looks sooo CLASSY all around! Had 35% before this but it didn't look classy. It did give me absolute privacy to pick my nose though. Since I had a black interior, it ended up being DARK DARK. Also gives cops an incentive to ticket me. Anyway I changed it to 50% ceramic and man oh man it looks sweeeet! read more

I corresponded with D several times before going in for the service. He responded via Yelp promptly and was very informative. Once we set an appointment he went over the tints and had me back in my car in less than two hours for doing 5 windows. Bad experience, bad workmanship ended up costing me more money in the long run to fix the issue elsewhere. The owner won't own up to their mistakes as he's a holy man and does not make mistakes apparently. And keep an eye on that employee it looks like he hasn't slept in weeks, lock your personal items away while vehicle is in their possession. To avoid these issues I would definitely go elsewhere read more

Took my Acura TL into Dimitri To have the back windows tinted. The level of customer service with him is outstanding. He is very responsive to your calls and the completed work was perfect. He said he has been doing this for 14 years and it shows! I told him I would pass the word. Imagine the melody from the song "Milkshake" by Kelis. My car, looks cooler than yours, Damn right, much cooler than yours All because of Dmitry at Top Line Tinting. I was in and out in less than two hours. Plus the window tinting is on fleek (yes I used FLEEK!)!! No bubbling, right to the edges and below the rubber for a smooth look. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Albert went over everything and answered all my questions about tint matching and what would look better. The whole process took less than two hours and was seamless. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and the service here is unbeatable. When I inquired on Yelp they gave me the three options they have for tint options and pricing. Very upfront which is nice and I was able to do some research on my own looking up the names of the tints to see what I may want when I get there. Overall I can't imagine going to anyone else now in the future. I had a lot of friends recommend people who can do the tint for cheap, but for quality and a job done right I thought the pricing here is very fair and so I will only be coming here and recommending Deluxe Window Tinting!!
