After these long calls with NICK and the sales manager, we agreed to sign up with them and they were going to "unleash" their experts so we would have a good Christmas holiday season. On day one we virtually met our MyCity Social GURU she admitted to my family it was literally her FIRST DAY and we were her first clients with MyCity Social. We were not happy and emailed NICK about this and he assured us on the phone that she would be supported by the experts. NONSENSE!!!! Due to the inexperience of this GURU and the the lies we were told We were locked out of Facebook for Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas as they claimed it was for political reasons.. our product had nothing to do with politics! NO One was watching our account on facebook and most likely lost thousands of sales. We contacted NICK again and he assured us (AGAIN!) that we would be on the first month call with our GURU and he would assign more experienced GURUS which we thought we were getting with this company. We were promised a newsletter from an experienced team and it looked like it was done by a middle schooler. Part of our package included to have our website tweaked and we have no idea what they tweaked. So at the first month meeting NO NICK, no other experts, no one but this poor first girl who really couldn't answer any of our questions and she HAD no idea that NICK was going to be there. We had them stop the google ad word and for another month, we were getting bills from google..so again no one was listening to us and they were making us spend thousands of ad spend on social media. The so called "nail in the coffin" was when our facebook account was locked again due to a credit card issue and I watched for 7-10 days NO ONE contacted us, so were paying for NOTHING. We complained again to NICK and nothing was resolved! We stopped paying them for basically in our opinion scamming us and pulling us in with a great sales presentation and then putting a 99% inexperienced social media person in charge of our account. We kept a detailed diary of every day and phone call, so our facts are documented and real. NOW they want to take us to court for the amount of money owing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM MyCitySocial DO NOT BELIEVE their sales pitches In our opinion they are CROOKS and SCAM ARTISTS
