We called him back, he was with his daughter and mentioned he was having a hard time with not being able to work from his home due to an HOA where he is living now. When we were ready to move forward we could not get in contact with him. While we started to look for another mechanic out of the blue we got a call from someone who started working for him to schedule an appointment. We should have known better by then, but decided to give him a chance due to feeling bad for him. He came out to check out the boat on a Wednesday, he said he would need $850 to get the parts for the boat. He sent us a copy of a receipt for the parts via email. We confirmed with him and his assistant that he would be ready for us to bring the boat by that following Tuesday. We reach out Monday and Tuesday to get the address and we were unable to reach him. I then get a call from him stating that we were mistaken on that Tuesday afternoon, that he just put the order in on Monday and he would not have the parts until the following week. So we followed up on Monday. Danny said the parts should arrive by Tuesday, the latest Wednesday last week, and that we could bring the boat by Thursday or Friday that week. He promised that he would call us when the parts arrived. We tried to contact him Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday and no response. Today we tried to reach out to his assistant Lucy who stated she no longer worked for him. We have texted him and called him back with no response. He has stolen our money and no work has been done to the boat. We want our money back!!!! Please be aware he is unreliable and at this time also a thief.

They provide free wipe-down towels after you exit the wash and use the vacuums, which is very helpful for drying windows and cleaning inside the door jambs. Those extra touches really help keep your car looking clean. On top of that, the service has been excellent--everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership since I use my car constantly for food deliveries and want to keep it clean at all times. So far, I haven't had any issues, and I plan to keep coming back as often as I can.
