Trina scheduled my appointment and took care of me. I was so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism and results that I booked an additional appointment for another area two days later. That experience was equally satisfying. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a trustworthy person. The prices are reasonable. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. And as a bonus, the wax was great. Sounds weird but if you get waxed regularly you know quality wax goes a long way. Finally, while at my latest appointment, I found out that Trina also does facials so I think I'll book a facial sometime soon too!

It is now 2021 and my brows are just now needing to be retouched! I have also used Wax me and more for other services such as threading of the brows and body waxes, her spa is clean, calming and very professional (which is exactly what you want when having any kind of body waxing done). This one was difficult…read more I scheduled a pedi for mom and myself Friday October 8, but had to cancel. The person on the phone was very understanding and polite and we rescheduled for the following Wednesday at the same time, 1:30 p.m. She had mentioned wanting to have a pedicure and since I'm new to the area, I wanted to give the place up the road a try. You know, support a small business, etc. When I was told that there was only one technician, I shrugged it off and was glad to give her the business. I would later regret that decision. We arrived right on time and there was another client, which normally I wouldn't care, but we had to sit in uncomfortable silence waiting. Mom is used to a salon with a lot of people working, like before COVID and I tried to explain that businesses have had to lay people off, or can't afford too many people. Still, I had a sinking feeling she would be disappointed and I was right. Since I come from a service background, I find myself continuously walking the tightrope between making excuses for bad service and excusing it. This was not bad service, just the perfect storm of our manicurist being behind schedule and my mom being extremely particular. The salon is beautiful and immaculate. "V" was extremely polite, professional and talented. But needs to manage her time better. We opted not to have polish, just a quick clean-up, then V suggested Paraffin for mom. I just kept agreeing to everything. The pedicure was ok, but there was no massage, which is half the reason I go. (I guess it's extra, but since we forwent the polish, I thought just even 5 minutes would be nice.) It was $90 with tip. Lesson learned, take mom to the spa, go to pedi alone.
