I agreed with the first change order regarding a bench but when more change orders and invoices started showing up with no heads up is when I started asking questions. And even when I said that I told them to give me a heads up on out of scope work, I still got new invoices for out of scope work. $1200 for extra hours for sloping the shower pan, $200 for extra trash removal, $600 for extra plumbing work. TLDR: Lowest Bid, Still great work, but expect them to nickel and dime you until it is done.

Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation.
