Great job, great Company!…read more Recently, my wife and I interviewed many different Bathroom remodelers in the Austin area. We chose ATX for a good reason. Michelle and team did a fantastic job and put our vision into reality My wife and I love our master bathroom remodel. Give Michelle a call you won't be sorry This company is prompt, responsive, and courteous They get the job done TDC

I finished a bathroom remodel with Koren and Daniel in March 2025. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.

Every aspect of the…read moreremodel - from countertops, to cabinets, to backsplash - was done to a high standard of quality. We worked with Anton, who was great about guiding us through the process and helping us with any questions we had. His advice on how to choose cabinet colors, hardware, etc. early on was incredibly valuable. We especially appreciated the extra touches they did; we had some trim and finish that was sagging, and they went out of their way to fix it. In addition to the under cabinet lighting they threw in completely new can lights as well. The final result looks phenomenal, and our only regret is not hiring them earlier! There are so many horror stories about kitchen remodels out there but I can say that none of them were true here. Anton was prompt and communicative through the entire process, their pricing was competitive, and they worked hard to get the project completed within a reasonable timeline. Highly recommended!

My Experience With Teamwork Home Designs in Austin:…read more I'm sharing this because I wish someone had shared a review like this with me before I started my full-home remodel with Teamwork Home Designs. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we were promised a lot, but as the project moved forward, the communication became difficult and, more importantly, I felt there was a serious lack of transparency when it came to pricing. We worked with Avi, who told us he was the owner of the company and explained that because of that, he could get us very good pricing. We trusted that and moved forward with the company. Later, through a friend who works with the company as a vendor, I was shown invoices related to our project. What really shocked me was the difference between what the company paid for certain materials and what we were being charged. For example, I was shown an invoice showing approximately $7,000 for our kitchen cabinetry, while we were being charged around $33,000 for the same cabinetry. I completely understand that a remodeling company needs to make a profit. A reasonable markup for managing, coordinating, and providing a project is understandable. But seeing a difference like this was extremely difficult for me to accept, especially when we were led to believe we were receiving very competitive pricing. For me, this ultimately became an issue of trust and transparency. When I questioned the situation and wanted to cancel the contract, the conversation became even more uncomfortable. We were told that the company would sue us and that we could not simply cancel. At one point, after expressing how betrayed and upset I felt about what I had discovered, we were offered $7,000 and additional items at no charge if we agreed not to leave a negative review. We seriously considered that offer, but ultimately decided that it was more important to share our experience honestly. I'm not writing this to tell anyone what decision to make. I'm writing it so that other homeowners can do their own due diligence, ask for detailed pricing, understand material costs and markups, and make sure everything is transparent before signing a contract. A full-home remodel is a huge investment, and for me, trust, honesty, and transparency are just as important as the quality of the work. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Teamwork Home Designs to ask a lot of questions, get multiple estimates, and carefully review the numbers before moving forward. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience for me and my husband, Joe, and I hope sharing it helps another homeowner avoid going through the same thing.

I called a few places around Lakeway, but Paje at Lakeway Remodeling was by far the most responsive and straight-up. He came out fast, gave me a clear estimate (no weird upsells or pressure), and had a crew fixing things within a couple of days. They didn't just patch it--they actually walked me through what needed to be done to make sure it would last, and the quality of the work shows. Super professional, cleaned everything up after, and the roof looks solid now. If you're dealing with roof damage from storms or just need someone honest to take a look, definitely give Paje a call. These guys know what they're doing.

But working with Paje and Lakeway Remodeling completely changed my mind. From day one, Paje was transparent, responsive, and actually listened to what we wanted (which I feel like doesn't always happen). He walked us through every step, made smart suggestions, and kept everything moving on time--even when we made a few last-minute changes. Now that it's finished, I still can't believe this is our kitchen. The quality of the work, the finishes, the layout--everything feels custom and thoughtfully done. I'm so glad we went with them, and I've already recommended Lakeway Remodeling to a few friends. If you're on the fence like I was--give them a call. You'll be glad you did.
