Thankfully my mom is recovering but I found myself in dire need of a trustworthy contractor to repair the damage and to have the work completed ASAP. I can't remember if Lucas answered the phone or if he called me right back but it was quick and easy to get a hold of him either way. We made an appointment to meet the next day. Lucas was perfectly communicative and arrived on time. He was patient as my mom's neighbors engaged me and added significant time to his visit. What I appreciated most from Lucas is that he offered multiple options for each area of work to be done. Aesthetically and as far as cost. As time was a factor, having Lucas respond the following day with a very reasonable bid, based on the options we discussed and with the added benefit of him being ready to get the work completed in a short amount of time really meant a lot. As did his communication with following up to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ultimately my mom chose a different option but that decision does not reflect on Lucas or Alpha at all. In fact she asked me to keep Lucas's information for her so she can contact him for future projects.

Their square footage popcorn ceiling removal pricing was fair and outbid other local offers. They were transparent that popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job and it would require me to vacate the premises during their projected work schedule. Some of the drywall repair work required extra labor due to discovery of poor workmanship from previous companies but was priced accordingly. There was also a supplier issue with defective protective materials that caused them to miss deadlines. Despite setbacks, they aimed to complete the project to no additional cost due to supplier issues. There were significant messes left behind but we worked together in the cleanup effort. They made sure to return anything removed during their work back to their original spots after completion. We've also regrettably discovered some floor damages that most likely occurred during popcorn ceiling removal efforts, but apologies were made and the flooring was patched prior to payment. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend them.
