The view is unmatched. It blew me away when I saw it. The drive up to the restaurant is long and windy and covered by trees so you don't know how far up you are going until you see this view. I have not eaten at a higher elevation than this other than a plane! The food is very good and reasonable priced given the location. We all enjoyed the adobo chips and the spring rolls and the mongo bean soup! It's a must do experience for your eyes and your belly!

Cold and also the steak. Hoping you must serve hot plates on the table next time.Well the taste it's great.

The view is exquisite but the restaurant we went they served cold food .and our friend complain about it and yes they able to manage it but still the pansit on the top it's like raw or maybe a design. Frankly, this is most unforgettable moment both us partner because of the food lol. Hoping this restaurant will serve hot plates not cold.Well it's taste good. And the place it's breathtaking.

The view here is breathtaking at night with the lights of Cebu of the lights of all tall the buildings and bridges flickering. And the restaurant just expanded to extra sections so on most nights you would not need to make a reservation unless you part of a group. You can come in the daytime, as early as breakfast and see similar views, from the Temple of Leah too for example but you will not get the good food you can get here. It's open pretty late, and they have a lot of different dishes and drinks here not just cater to the locals taste but to internal visitors too. so there's definitely things on the menu that you can enjoy. I would highly recommend everyone visit here in Cebu, to come here just for the view alone. This is also a very romantic place also to be and bring a date. I saw a lot of couples here at night where daytime was very family oriented..

Review #043 - 2019 This was also another spot that I requested our tour guide to bring us to and I was not disappointed at all. We showed up around 12:30 PM for lunch. The five of us were seated immediately as the place wasn't too busy. I ordered the aligue rice and the grilled pork belly as my main entree to share with daughter while the three guests ordered their own items to share. I really enjoyed both of the items I ordered. I also got to try the sizzling sinigang from their order, which I thought was ok. The pork belly in this dish was actually what I was expecting my dish to taste like, but mine was still good. I didn't really like the sizzling sinigang gravy poured over it too much though. The food was actually good & the view was awesome, but service was hit & miss. Some of the servers were friendly, while some kind of ignored us. The worse one was the supervisor/manager, Ruth. She was super rude and had her nose in the air the whole time we were there & asked for her assistance.

I can't name everything we ordered because I just told my 5 friends to order anything they want, all on me This place I will always remember for the discovery of the beer Red Horse. My friends recommended it , and was like ...sure I'll be a nice guest. However , one sip and I was like . We had 2 different soups on the table, rice, of course dish, meats. All served on big plates to share with everyone. All this while we had the Too of Cebu view. After the meal we went to the view point right next to it that's a bit higher. Even if you're in a food coma you can make it. They have a bar up there. Bring good friends, or be enticed by the hospitality of Cebu

This restaurant as the name suggests has amazing view of Cebu City. They serve mostly local seafood delicacies. Seafood karekare, seafood tinola, fried calamari, crab soup. They also have bbq chicken and usda beef on the menu. Full bar and plenty of local juices from the bar to go with the food. Amazingly inexpensive and refreshingly local in taste. Parking is limited as it's on the hilltop. Reservation is recommended as it's poplar with the locals. 45 min ride uphill form the city center is worth your time if you want some good views of the Cebu City while you can enjoy local seafood delicacies cooked home style.

We hired a taxi driver for the day to bang out all the tourist sites and ended our long touristy day with a delicious meal here. Menu is expansive, food is good and the views might be the best of Cebu. The restaurant itself is huge and would be great for a large party. We ordered the truffled mushroom seasonal pasta, seafood fondue, spring rolls, steak and garlic butter sauteed clams. We definitely walked out satisfied.

The view here is breathtaking and the food here is pretty damn good too. This is the first place we stopped at when we first landed in Cebu. It's open pretty late. They have a lot of food choices so for those of you who aren't used to eating more foreign type of foods, there's definitely things on the menu that you can enjoy. I would highly recommend everyone visit here if they're ever in Cebu, just for the view alone. I'd also recommend going at night because it's alot nicer to see the overview of the entire city at night with all of the lights from the buildings. Very romantic place also. Saw a lot of couples and even some people having their own picnics.

You'll find Pork, Chicken, Sausage, and Lumpia, all served crispy and paired with a signature vinegar dipping sauce that cuts right through the richness. The Vibe & Essentials It's a rustic, high-energy spot that can get quite crowded. Timing: It gets busy fast! Aim for off-peak hours to snag a seat without the wait. Hydration: They only serve Mountain Dew. If you aren't looking for a sugar rush, bring your own bottled water. Climate Control: It gets hot and humid. I highly recommend bringing a portable fan and a small towel to stay comfortable. The Verdict Is it a five-star luxury experience? No. Is it a delicious, authentic, and fun time? Absolutely. Despite the heat and the limited drink options, the food and the atmosphere make it a win. We'll definitely be back for another round!

Alright... you're rolling through Cebu, Philippines... and your feed keeps screaming about this…read morespot. No white tablecloths. No reservations. Just smoke, sizzling oil, and a crowd that knows exactly what's up. So yeah... we had to pull up. This is Punko-Punko sa Fuente. Street food chaos--in the best possible way. Here's how it works. You walk up to this table stacked with a glorious, borderline dangerous pile of fried goodness. No menus. No fuss. You point at what you want. The person running the table grabs it, chops it into bite-sized pieces right in front of you, and hands it back like it's street gold. You grab some rice--wrapped in these heart-shaped woven coconut leaves--dip everything into that sharp, punchy vinegar sauce... and now you're eating the way Cebu wants you to eat. First up--Chicharon Bulaklak. Crispy. Chewy. Salty in all the right ways. This thing hits like a late-night food dream. 9.5 outta 10. Then the Liempo. Thin strips, but still thick enough to get that porky texture. Juicy. Perfectly seasoned. No nonsense. Solid 9 outta 10. Next--Lumpiang Shanghai. Golden. Crunchy. That crisp snap when you bite in? Yeah... it's there. Filling is rich, savory, comforting. 8.9. Then the Stuffed Crab. The filling? I love it. Crab's there, veggies are there. Maybe a little more veggie than I'd like--but hey, some people might swear by it. 7.7. But the sleeper hit? The egg with veggies. Hard-boiled egg wrapped in this veggie mixture and fried until the outside's got attitude. The combo just works. Unexpected. Bold. Delicious. 9.5 easy. This place? No frills. No filters. Just Cebu street food doing what it does best--big flavor, fast hands, and zero apologies. If you're ever in Cebu... do yourself a favor. Pull up a stool. Grab some vinegar. And get messy.

Best Native Chicken! [CEBU CITY Philippines]…read more When it comes to food, Cebu has a lot to offer. From savory lechon (roast pork) to sweet desserts Cebu is a foodie's paradise. But we have been eating some form of lechon since we arrived on New Year's Day so I was getting tired of it LoL! just a little. I ordered grilled chicken instead. Conching's is famous for one thing: their charcoal-grilled native chicken. What is a native chicken? They are more commonly raised in rural areas, cage-free. They are smaller in size than the regular chicken, it's because of their organic diet. Both its size and diet make these native chicken unique and more natural in taste. We ordered two servings and it didn't disappoint. So delicious, salted just right and the skin is crunchy. Setting looks rundown, nothing fancy with long tables and plastic chairs and a grill out front. Very laid back. Live music entertained the diners... young adults with music instruments. I was amused. Filipinos love to sing. LoL!Friendly service. I just didn't like the flies... we had to keep swatting them so they don't go on our food. Review #3349

Visiting Cebu City - my girlfriend raved about the Native Chicken and that we had to try it - so…read moreupon arriving in Cebu City my gf's cousin took us here... Not sure what authentic should feel like but this restaurant felt authentic considering I was the only foreigner there... One of the waiters is an interesting one - done up in a lot of make up and apparently very flirtatious and seems like he's a staple of the restaurant per their Facebook page... Anyway the native chicken cooked on these little grills but the chicken themselves are tiny - you probably need about one chicken a person. They have a lot of other grilled and friend foods including various fish - milkfish was the only one I recognized. We also tried the ceviche (local name I don't remember) but extremely good!! You should also try the puso which are the individually packaged rice which are local to cebu.... Very cool place and recommended if visiting,
