After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
