He took the time to learn what I wanted and what would work best for me. Scissor cut, shaved side burns and back of neck, goatee trim, eyebrow trim, shampoo and warm towel. Plus in the Lounge they have soda, coffee, beer, wine and whiskey. Not to mention comfortable chairs to hangout before or after the appointment if you wish. Had a good experience the first 2 times and then the third time it went down hill quickly…read more 1. I scheduled an appoint with my original barber 2. The day if I get a request to move my appointment to 45 minutes later (with another barber) okay no problem, I'll give this guy a chance 3. I show up and my new barber isn't there yet, I'm told he will be there soon. 4. 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start my barber walks in. 5. He gives me a cut and a "beard trim" I never ordered. 6. I notice I was charged $7 for a beard trim and call to ask about it. 7. Was told on the phone I got a beard trim, but never duding my appointment did they say hey if we do this I have to charge you more. So not only did I wait 45 minutes for my barber to show up to an appointment they chose the time for. But also they up charged me for a service I never asked them for.
