I've been coming here since before covid when they use to offer the free eggs rolls- that's how good they were, I can still taste them lol. I have gotten lashes, manicure, pedicures and full sets here. My feet are normally horrible when I go because of my job I come about every 2 months. I have flat feet and they get dry. Every single time they put in work on my feet. And they look and feel amazing when I leave. And yes I do tip well. I have visited other salons due to location and have always been disappointed. I have had good experience in the past, but today, the tech seemed like he just wanted to be done. Didn't do what I asked, didn't fix broken nail( in fact it doesn't look like the rest of my nails), overcharged me for supposed nail art when all he did was mix two glitters together and painted it on. I came in here to try this place out for the first time. I should have checked reviews becaSw they really don't lie. I did a full set with shellac. I knew instantly after the guy was done that it wasn't a good job but did not want to be "that customer" ... but a few days later my nails color started to marble and 2 nails broke after 1 week!! this is the worst nail job I ever experienced and I have been doing my nails for a very long time. read more

One piece of advice, DONT DO IT! I was pressed for time, and didn't want to make the trek down to Fort Walton Beach. Boy I wish I would have. The experience started off great. Mindy was very friendly, and attentive to my wishes. However, her self proclaimed 14+ years experience means nothing to me after I received the worst gel manicure and "spa pedicure" of my life. My "gel" toe polish is already chipping the day after, and my nails were so bad I didn't even want to stay and have her fix them. The upgraded pedicure that I paid for wasn't even comparable to "regular" pedicures that I have received elsewhere. The polish is uneven, and they almost look dirty in the sun. I went there to treat myself, and I am VERY disappointed, and will do everything in my power to have people NOT visit this business. It is a complete rip off. They should be embarrassed charging for such a poor quality of work. read more

The staff is very friendly. I was able to walk right in and be placed in a spa chair for a pedicure followed by a manicure with shellac polish. I had four nail techs in my hour time there. The tech that did my pedicure scrubbed my feet so hard he rubbed the skin right off on my right heel. The manicure pricing was a bit confusing. A manicure is $10 but shellac polish is an additional $15. The way the sign was posted it looked as if the shellac polish manicure was simply $15. I was highly dissatisfied. nails were not shaped properly, color was different on 3 nails, polished my cuticles on hands and toes. They also cut one finger and drew blood. This is the worse mani/pedi I have ever had. Also they $3 you to death. (on top of the price for the mani/pedi) I would not recommend anyone to go here...They charge extra for everything . Worst service ever. Brought relatives from out of town and the guy was completely rude abd rough but didnt seem to care of the grimaces from the pain he was causing.
