She looked me in my eyes and walked right past me without acknowledging me. I looked at the other potential occupants in disbelief and they all just kind of looked at me in disbelief as well and went on about their business. I put the application back down and walked out of there. To say that she was rude would be an understatement. I'm not sure how high up her affiliation with the company goes, but if that's how their brokers treat potential occupants then I will be sure to tell others I know to stay away from this company.

They were prompt with communications and helped facilitate the entire escrow process with basically no hiccups. Every question we asked was answered with patience, clarity, and haste. When we needed clarification on certain issues, Feliz didn't hesitate to jump on a call with us. Deadlines are everything in the escrow process, especially when mortgage loans are contingent; as a result of their professionalism, these were always met. I'd heard of horror stories where buyers failed to close on the contracted closing date and thus incurred both penalties and headache. Sapphire Escrow was also able to tailor their service to our unique situation and kept all parties in sync (coordinating between buyer, seller, and lender) for a stress-free experience. They also managed to shear off some additional costs, saving us some money...which is always a plus. For a couple of first time homeowners, we were glad we chose to go with this company and would recommend them to others! Initially, we were hesitant on going with this company due to the small amount of associated Yelp reviews, especially since this was a large financial commitment. Hopefully, this will help guide others who are also on the fence. Pro-tip: be wary of wire fraud, once it's sent, it's basically unrecoverable!
