Amongst a series of problems, from the start she focused on how I could use the software program, not my primary concern. Worse, we spent 45 minutes on the phone with the software technical assistance person (who now also had access to my financials) trying to figure out a fairly simple comparison. At certain points they both appeared to forget I was there. Suffice to say, I left that consultation without my main issue fully addressed. Final straw, when I emailed her later that day to express my dissatisfaction, she never responded. She is probably a great CFP, but with this customer the experience was an epic failure.
