I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. Update to my original review:…read more Paul came back to do a much larger job for us. Paul re-plumbed 3 bathrooms, and our kitchen. Paul installed an instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen, installed all new faucets throughout our entire home, installed all new shower/tub faucets and drains for 3 bathrooms, removed and replaced 6 ceiling fans, removed 2 old satellite dishes from previous owner, fixed one cabinet, installed our new gas cooktop, and installed a new backsplash in our kitchen. I explained what i wanted and we collaborated and came up with this trunk that has the doors on the front so i can sit a TV and other stuff on top and still access the contents inside.
