Karen was very responsive and our refund post covid was processed days after talking to her. Our gripe is still with the sub contractor who would go a month without returning messages, but KHM by itself seems above board, and dealt with a tough issue well. It's only 4 stars due to the difficulty dealing with their sub contractor, but I believe KHM encouraged her to be semi-more responsive...kinda...sorta. If you're looking at them to become an agent they seem nice and well positioned to get you started planning trips.

All I really asked for was a map and an old school TripTik; Vanessa saw my TripTik and raised the bar for what every employee of AAA should be trained to mimic. Vamessa called when it was ready (ahead of time), again met me with a smile and eagerness to help that was beyond all expectations.
